I enjoyed the noodles class! Rita is a lively, knowledgeable host, and everyone gets to make a long chewy noodle (tho not quite from start-to-finish-- dough-making is demo'd, but we worked with a larger dough ball that had been prepared ahead as a time-saver). We feasted* on our commingled handiwork, apportioned across 3 different sauces. I went to the class for Traditional Chinese Dumplings and it was lovely!We spend more than two hours talking and cooking and we made our own dumplings and we got to eat them!We saw the entire process of dough making (of course, the dough needs to rest, so Rita just showed us how to prepare it and then showed us how should it look like).
