At approximately 2:40pm, the young girl at the counter today completely ignored me, while I waited to give her my order.
I stood in the line looking at her for about 5 mins while she held a full blown conversation with some other customers two inches from the register. The young girl clearly saw me...even glanced at me a couple of times. However her conversation with either her neighbors, aunts, grandmother(s), and/or mom was way more important then doing her job.
There were no apologies or anything.
I will not be returning for I did not feel welcomed at all.

I got the brownie sundae, with coffee ice cream , it was great ! The ice cream was creamy and perfect and the brownies were broken up into pieces which I never experienced before but I loved it . I will be coming back to try something else soon!

20 dollars for 3 bowls of ice cream. Nice space, good kids working there - but low quality product. I’d say the almond joy / mocha chip I ordered was lower grade than Brigham at 5 dollars a quart. There’s just no flavor in it.
Instead of 4 employees…..just hire 2-3. And with the labor savings, improve the flavor profile of your product.
Delicious and speedy! I've come twice now towards the end of the day and both times there was a long line - I generally take this as a good sign that a place is popular (hopefully for good reason!). I also steal myself against a long wait.
The staff here is very efficient with the person who takes your order also fulfilling it, which keeps things moving quickly. I spent more time deciding what to order than actually waiting to order.
I choose the raspberry sorbet - what a great choice! It was so refreshing, and the real raspberries mixed in was a great addition.

Classic, old fashioned ice cream stand. Friendly staff. Wide selection of great ice cream flavors. Easy parking. I highly recommend mud pie if you are a fan off coffee-based ice cream-coffee Oreo ice cream with fudge. Portions are huge- even the kiddie size.

Ice cream is good, but two big downsides are that 1. the sizing is insane. Finally they offer a mini (which is one below a kids, which is subsequently one below a small) and that's STILL a very sizable ice cream 2. The high schoolers who work here (except for one or two I've encountered) are so jaded and cannot be bothered to even engage slightly with customers, especially kids (I imagine a large part of their clientele). Perhaps a byproduct of the entitled concord youth, but a lot is left to be desired for the way the kids interact with customers. Feels like a chore.

The ice cream quality is about 7 of 10. Not bad but not impressive. With Crescent Ridge and Richardson's being better. You're also limited to two flavors no matter the size you buy unfortunately.
