80 Thoreau is our favorite, quality local restaurant in Concord, MA. It never disappoints. We enjoyed their seasonal "Sea Bass" tasting menu. The crudo was something very memorable, and the suggested wine pairing was excellent. Emily was very helpful, and the entire staff contributed to make the meal a pleasurable experience.
Always a treat! This time we enjoyed the Striped Bass tasting menu which was a delightful journey. I am not usually a dessert person but this one was exceptional!
80 Thoreau is our new favorite west of Boston/Cambridge. We thought it might be stuffy and white tableclothes, but it is it not at all. It's verging on haute cuisine but with a neighborhood feel. The cuisine is excellent. Thank you, chef! There's a real pro behind the bar. Staff, service and venue are great. We're glad that 80 Thoreau is in our neighborhood!
