Concord Teacakes has the BEST Bundt cakes this side of the Missouri River. I get them at Pemberton Farms in Cambridge, coming in fresh Thursdays. The Lemon Almond and Gingerbread cakes are truly magnificent. Each cake is dense and ample. The fragrance from each cake is intoxicating in its richness and affirms that this cake will guarantee it will taste as great as it smells. If they hang around long enough, they freeze beautifully, even after a few months.

I'm so happy with my spooky wedding cake! I asked for sunflowers, skeletons, and to get creative and have fun with it. The cake was delicious too, nearly all of it got eaten with just enough for some much desired leftovers.

Bought 3 chocolate croissants in the morning. They were cold like taken out of fridge and brought to room temp (a little soggy which makes me assume that). I wonder if they are leftovers from day earlier. Good ambience with view of occasional train passing by.

I emailed a few of their wedding photos as inspiration, specifically the lace detail on my mom’s dress, her bridal bouquet and the piping on their wedding cake. We tried the raspberry coconut macaroons, pecan butterballs, and Italian anise cookies.
We are Italian. I’ve never had Italian anise cookie that looked and tasted like these.
All of these were horrible. I’ve had better grocery store cookies.

Thus bakery is one if a kind for something unusual. As a diabetic, I can eat here. They have chicken salad, tuna salad, & chicken salad in container's. As a diabetic I am blown away by a bakery that is concerned about people who can't eat pastries. I hope they never stop.

I ordered Italian Anise cookies, red velvet cupcakes, whoopie pies, bread loaves, bagels, muffins and a half moon cookie for a family gathering. Everyone enjoyed the treats and we loved how moist & fresh everything was! No dry cakes here!
The Anise cookies are my favorite! So soft and tender with a well balanced flavor! The café au lait was hot & made exactly how I ordered it. It was the perfect afternoon treat!
The shop is well organized with some really pretty touches. I was served quickly and with a smile.
I can't wait to visit again and stock up on Anise cookies. I also want to try the chocolate croissants! I live in Leominster, it's totally worth the drive over to Concord!
