If you want food fast this is the place, if you want a chilled meal this is not. Pretty pricey for average at best food (being generous) but always busy so I must be missing something.
We are regular diners at the Westford location and decided to try the Concord one for a change. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the same standard. While the service and staff were very friendly, the food was disappointing. Many of the dishes lacked flavor and seemed undercooked. The pad Thai, in particular, may not have been fully cooked, as both of my kids felt sick afterward. Overall, it was a letdown compared to our usual experience in Westford.
Best lobster udon I've ever had. It's a beast of a dish.
Servers were helpful, but the very long wait before anyone came to take our order was disproportional to the half empty state of the venue.
