Tremendous food and drinks. Friendly staff even when they're super busy and pulled in many directions.

Got the fried zucchini and the Apple cider donut sundae. Was very disappointed with the fried Zucchini as it was very oily and soggy as a result. The Apple cider donut on the other hand was heavenly.

I think this place is currently understaffed, so maybe it's better with more staffing. But when we came for a dinner on Saturday at around 5:30, the place was packed and there seemed to be only two waiters serving everyone. As a result, service was quite slow and actually inaccurate. The food was pretty mediocre, some dishes ok and some actively bad. It was very loud inside. The decor and ambience was cool though. There are vegetarian options.

I hate to say this but I bought some bakery products, two large cookies and a yellow cupcake. When I got the cupcake home it was hard as a rock and the frosting didn't taste like frosting at all. It seemed like it was very old but it had absolutely no taste. The cookies were extremely dry and not fresh. I come to Concord quite a bit and I was looking forward to just a nice bakery item. It's a shame because it wasn't cheap.

The chicken pot pie was a bit on the salty side but otherwise quite tasty. The restaurant was willing to split it between my wife and I, which was a good thing because it was plenty enough for both of us. There was a long wait when we arrived and we were offered a spot at the bar. That was nice because we got rapid service there and enjoyed the ambiance of the place. Recommended.

Don't come here for the coffee. This got to be the worst tasting coffee I got in years. I got the coffee without milk, and was told that I had to pick up the milk from a container which I found was empty. A staff member was helpful and respectful, another one was not. This seems like a nice local place where people meet and good environment.

We have mixed feelings concerning this restaurant. First, parking for this location can be a slight challenge since there is no dedicated parking lot for this restaurant, but there is the Concord Town Lot and a few streetside parking slots that are all relatively close by so not a major issue. The restaurant is quite small inside, but we heard they have some sort of outdoor seating along the side of the building, which we did not really pay attention too. We were seated in the corner area to the left once you entered the restaurant and for a party of ten people crowded around a small table it was not an idle situation. The service was a little slow, maybe because there were not enough staff to handle the flow of traffic, which was quite high at the time of our visit. Because of this, it did take some time to not only get waited on but to also receive our food. As for the food, there were mixed reviews depending on what you ordered. In general, the food was alright, and the prices are what you would expect for a restaurant catering primarily to tourists visiting North Bridge. The staff members were alright, but nothing special one way or another, they seemed to have the hands full and not much time to chat with the folks. We would probably not come here again, but there are not many better choices in the center of Concord. We tried, and the two other locations we went to first, were even smaller than this location. Oh, I almost forgot, the dessert options and the pastries, while not healthy in any sense of the word, were fantastic and we enjoyed them most of all. But heck, who doesn’t enjoy a wonderful, tasty dessert.

We visited the Main Street Cafe this week for the second time and it was totally worth it (again!) This place is charming, the atmosphere is great and the people were lovely. We had the best waitress, Maire Whitney who made our stop even more enjoyable! She even pointed out some great “things to see” nearby and we saw them all!! Thanks for a great experience!
