DOESN’T OPEN ON TIME.

Arrived 5 minutes after they are supposed to open, but it was completely dark inside. I waited for 20 minutes in the parking lot, then finally had to leave.

Nice atmosphere (when the store is open).

It was me and my twin brothers Jeremy birthday. I got my free item, but Jeremy got denied at the front desk. The worker was rude inappropriate and just a disgrace. I hope this does not happen to any other customer because Starbucks should never do this to anyone.

My friend and I have the same birthday. When I went to Starbucks today with him we were very exited to get a free drink since it’s a tradition we do every year. Before I went to get my free item my friend got his however when I went up to claim mine they denied my request. I told them I had it written on the app however they denied me my promised free item because they “didn’t want to lose their job”. This is completely unacceptable because I believe that the customer is always right and in this instance they lied about a policy that they are really known for.

I went in here to burn a gift card that has been in my wallet for several years. Maybe I’m just not hip enough, but this place oozes wanna be pretentiousness, and being in Concord doesn’t help that. Hey kids, we’re a cool coffee shop, never mind our corporate overlords and union busting, just buy another shitty drink and don’t forget to use our mobile app! If anyone wants this gift card with $19.04 on it, hmu! I don’t need another ice tea that tastes like dish soap.

The place is very small, and the parking lot is even smaller. I think there are times it would be hard to find parking. Baristas were amazing, and had a great personality. I would definitely come more often if I lived closer just for their amazing service.

Peddling $5 caffeinated sugar water to kids. Nice marketing to target kids and get them loaded on sugar and caffeine every day after school.

Kid-friendliness: NOT kid friendly. Coffee has caffeine naturally; refreshers have to have it added deliberately.

On a downhill pace. When I say no ice it's because I don't want to be drinking water in an hour. You can still use chilled coffee like Dunkin does. And you can still fill the cup. Caters to high school influencers who are good at influencing me not to go there. Also, maybe I'm old enough to decide if I can tolerate the amount of caffeine in a venti cold press.

All of the negative reviews are true. I'm also not one to post negative reviews. But, this location has regular staffing issues and it's been this way for years. I put in a mobile order one time and it wasn't ready for over 2 hours! It's the worst parking lot in town. The police sit out front and pull over anyone making a wrong turn out of the parking lot. It's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I wish they would do something to improve the situation.

The inside of this Starbucks needs some alterations. Maybe they could just move across the street where the Asian restaurant recently closed, where there is more space and much better parking accommodations.

Parking: They need more spaces and it is awkward (sometimes dangerous) to get in and out of the lot.
