I've had lunch here twice, bom! Pulled pork, bom, and a honey-fried chicken sandwich topped with Kim chi the following day, fire! I had the impression that everything is new and that they care, which is usually a winning combination. Combine with a welcoming staff, and you have it!
Great selection of lunch, brunch, and breakfast items including some vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Portion sizes for full entrees are very generous, good for refueling after a long ride or run on the nearby bike paths. Friendly staff, although can be a bit slow during peak hours. Decent selection of beers and fruit juices to drink. Outdoor seating available in good weather. Convenient location right near Concord town square.
I had a large catering order about a month ago and they did an amazing job with getting all of the order correct. They even labeled each of the orders. Thank you.
The crispy chicken sandwich was delicious and the Maple Chai was to die for!!! Beyond yummy. Perfect for a warm fall day. ?
Really cute place, service is nice when it actually comes by. Not worth the wait for a table, just do your order to go.
I am beyond disappointed with this place. The reason why it’s literally not zero stars was because the staff were actually nice. The girl at the front was very pleasant. Very understaffed though. As for the food? Almost inedible. The avocado toast were more like avocado bread. was NOT toasted at all. The description made it sound more than what it was. Just soggy bread with things slapped on top. It made it sound like it was loaded with so many amazing ingredients but that was not the case. Literally had to go home and spend an extra 10 minutes to toast the bread on my stove, and added an egg on top make it even slightly desirable. I shouldn’t have to do that especially after paying $40 for bread, two chai lattes and apple French toast which looked like it was made yesterday. Will never go back here.
Kudos to chef for finely prepared appetizer (sautéed scallops-very hard to get right) and entrees. Excellent, friendly service. One of the most enjoyable jazz ensembles I've heard in ages. High quality food, ambience, and entertainment in an easy, welcoming setting.
I live two blocks away and really really want to love trails end. Unfortunately after repeatedly trying, they make it so hard. Staff is not friendly at all. Tables outside limited many without umbrellas. Process for getting limited tables outside not clear. Menu static and a bit overpriced. Again leaving this review with hope it could be improved since love Concord market!!
The restaurant was understaffed (as our server repeated the few times we saw her) but there also seemed to be poor organization and very inefficient work. Customers at other tables were clearly upset by long waits for partial orders, having to get up to locate silverware after their food had been delivered. While the food was fine it was not worth the unpleasant experience.
Not open on Mondays....but other than that it is convenient and has great food and drink. Also has outside seating.

The burger and salad were both excellent. Just on the outskirts of town. The short walk was well worth it. Outdoor seats and even picnic tables are available across the street.
here's the thing,,,there is no doubt that this place has the best draft beer selection in the area. The servers/'bartenders seem young and unexperienced. I understand that the covid/pandemic has hurt ALL bars and restaurants. In my opinion this can be corrected if the GM, Marisa, was supplied with a supporting assistant manager type cast as it seems she is forced to go it alone. Several years ago there were a few assistant type woman that helped her as well as a guy that worked the upper bar and was always there. Never needed a menu when he was there as he knew the menu, both food and beer, very well. That, in my opinion, is what Trails End is lacking. A while back I sat at the upper bar and it was hard to find someone old enough to pour a beer, not to mention explain the new draft arrivals. This was the strong point of the older guy ( I think his name was Dave) did best. Always walked me through the new beers, and there was always something new, which kept me coming back. Over the past few years the menu seems to constantly fluctuate. Maybe its due to a changing chef/line staff, as the same product differs depending on who makes it. I dont know. In any event I hope the place works out the kinks and the GM gets some help. The draft selection keeps me coming back, the food not so much. Lately I've been going to your Market for a 4 pack, as the food has slipped. Once again, just my opinion.
This was such an awful experience with customer service. Never before I have I ever felt so ignored and frustrated while dining at a restaurant. Not worth my time or my money. If I hadn’t waved down an employee myself, nothing would’ve been done; the entire time I was there, no one ever interacted with me without me initiating; even though the barista who helped me told a waitress I was waiting, not a single waitress ever approached me. I waited 10 minutes to be seated, 20 minutes to order, 15 minutes to find out they didn’t have what I ordered, and 10 minutes to get the food. The only person who helped me was the barista, who took my order, and she was extremely busy.My dish was pricy (seared tuna nicoise; $27) and was even missing ingredients (specifically, there were no boiled eggs). What I did get seemed fresh at least, but if I hadn’t added the lemon juice, it wouldn’t have had any flavor.Definitely not coming back. I was reluctant to leave a tip, but I did only because of that single hardworking barista who even cared.
We always enjoy eating at TEC. All four of us enjoyed our choices for dinner.
Brunch menu every day. Enjoyed the place a lot. Relaxing place.
