Our son's wedding this weekend, was made even more special by this wonderful group of people. The food was amazing, and the staff went far and above any expectations. To making sure my parents had some of the cocktail hour, even though they couldn't walk that far, to the staff making me smile and laugh every time I snagged a passed hors d'oeuvres. Matt QB'd my daughter's wedding. He and the team were phenomenal in every form. The appetizers, dinner and all the servings went better than we could have dreamed. HIGHLY recommend BCG for your events!

Garlic Prime Rib with the truffled mashed potatoes is outstanding. I'm so excited it's back! Nobody makes a prime rib like Chef Mottor.
If I could give them 100 stars I would. Matt (the owner) literally MADE our wedding weekend! He and his team (which was mostly a family affair) were the most kind, loving, caring humans that went above and beyond just catering. We had our wedding at Berkshire lake camp (awesome venue) which meant we needed to feed our guests all weekend- Not an easy task! Matt took on the job and was thrilled to do so. We came up with a menu that my wife and I were drooling over and we never even had a tasting! We instantly trusted Matt with the job. He calmed my nerves and promised me that "we were good" and ... boy did he not disappoint! Every single thing he created was mouth watering. My guests are still talking about the food and I am wishing I still had leftovers! For our wedding rehearsal he made shrimp scampi, eggplant lasagna, and a ceaser salad. Followed by our apps around the fire when the rest of the guests arrived, which was sweet and sour kielbasa, vegan stuffed mushrooms and homemade potato chips and french onion dip. Lunch on Sat/Sun was potato salad, pasta salad and they made a beautiful deli platter for sandwiches. For our wedding they made a GORGEOUS charcuterie board filled with a huge variety of food, watercress salad, garlic herbed mashed potatoes, garlic green beans, and guests had a choice of fish or chicken! When I tell you it was an explosion of flavor ...OMG SO GOOD! Matt also had no issue making arrangements for the handful of folks who had dietary restrictions. I think I told Matt that I loved him and appreciated in every chance I had and I meant it! We were a lesbian wedding and they all went about and beyond to make us feel loved and supported- which is sadly rare. They were the ONLY caterer that was willing to shape a menu to what we wanted and needed (for price and food selection). We were being quoted up to $21,000 from other vendors for JUST our wedding night food and my now wife was ready to throw in the towel and go to city hall. Matt created the menu of our dreams at a price that didn't destroy our wallet. Matt is a friend for life now. He and his family fit right in with ours and we couldn't have been happier with Matt and his team!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! xo

My wedding was catered by Matt at Berkshire Culinary Group. I’ve had so many compliments on the food for our wedding!!! Hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had. My pork chop was so juicy. Matt really takes the time to make sure everything looks just as amazing as it tastes. Thank you Matt and your staff for making dinner at the wedding incredible!!!
If you haven't tried this out yet, you owe it to yourself too! Tried the Taco Mac-n-cheese and it was awesome! Also had the sweet potato fries with maple burbon sauce which were delicious!
The Sweet Potato Fries and Rangoon Mac that I got was sooo good! My husband got the Maple Bourbon Chicken ‘n Beer and the Conquistador Mac and also loved every bite! The sweet potato fries aren’t just your normal sweet potato fries - they’re smothered in a vanilla infused local maple syrup and served with a side of bacon aioli. I usually smother my fries in ketchup but there was no need - this was a culinary genius combo. And who doesn’t love a good crab Rangoon? This Mac and cheese is so creative and the presentation is stunning. The portions are also huge so I have lunch for tomorrow (or a late night snack). It’s also made with real crab and has some crunchy wonton shreds on top. Awesome food. Highly recommend! We’ll definitely be trying pretty much everything on the menu.
