The Shire has it all and is, as they say, the real deal. Fantastic Food. Atmosphere. A stellar line of a variety of beer. Friendly staff. And an occasional open mic night to benefit charity.The brewery and restaurant are located in the lower level of an old factory, called the Stationery building. Dinner stop after a day of visiting some local attractions! Such a fun brewery/restaurant! The sweet potato fries on the appetizer menu are THE BEST!! Drizzled in vanilla maple syrup — sticky, sweet, perfect!! I like my burgers like a roofing shingle — and it was PERFECT - just the way I requested!! Sad to say so many places I have eaten can never get this simple request right — not here - my request was fulfilled! Service was very prompt and friendly!! Thank you!

Amazing food! I got one of the daily/weekly specials and it was delicious.
