“Personally there was too much bread for me. The large sub was huge and we split it. Made to order so it is fresh. I ended up removing the top of my bun because it was too much bread. They do have a nice place to sit outside. We were hikers passing thru and they were nice enough to let us plug in a phone to charge while we were there.“

“My wife and I stopped in for Valentine’s Day last night and were reminded why Brava is the best restaurant in the Berkshires. We have been three times and every time we go we are impressed. Initially we were hesitant, thinking it would be over priced but it is always less expensive than we expected. Pizzas, wings, and the bread pudding were the favorites this time. 10/10.“

“We arrived just minutes before Haven’s closing time of 2:00pm on Saturday. We’d gotten caught up at the art festival in Lenox Park and lost track of time. The host was so gracious and welcoming. He designated a table for us; then, directed us to the counter to order. It was packed with people and all the employees were so kind and patient - taking our orders and answering questions about the entrées. We ordered a biscuit sandwich, Haven scramble, and avocado toast. Yum! Yum! Wonderful service, nice atmosphere, and tasty affordable meals!“

“This place is awesome. The food is really good. I'm happy that they don't just serve eggs, bacon and sausage in the morning. I do not like breakfast food. This place actually has things I like in the breakfast time hour. AND THE SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! The staff all seems to work as one unit. Everyone seems to know what the other is doing and exactly what the customer needs. AWESOME SERVICE...I wish I could give 10 stars for the service.“

“Cims is like my Cheers. Yes, when I go there a lot of people do know my name. But I can go by myself and strike up a conversation with anyone from anywhere and have fun. It is really nice to get to know people from the area, as well as out of town who have never experienced the Berkshires. I highly recommend all of their food, but some of my favorites are the Brandy wings bone in or boneless, I think they call them Cims Wings. The lobster roll is delicious as are the fried scallops and the Fried chicken basket. It is usually on the special board. It is a very sweet better and totally delicious. I have never in 15 years been disappointed with any food I get from there. They also have a great beverage selection as well as many TVs to watch a variety of sporting events including the weather channel“

“This was hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. From the first bite, the flavors were bold, perfectly balanced, and incredibly satisfying. The crust was cooked just right, crispy on the outside with a soft, chewy interior. while the sauce had a rich, fresh taste that didn’t overpower the toppings. Every ingredient tasted high-quality and thoughtfully placed, making each bite better than the last. It was the kind of pizza that you keep thinking about after you’re done eating, and one I’d absolutely go out of my way to have again.“

“I WAS HERE ON 1/21/26 AND GOT A COUPLE OF SLICES FOR DINNER.. THE SLICES WERE FRESH.. I GOT ONE SLICE OF CHEESE AND A SLICE OF PEPPERONI.. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE IS THAT THEY HAD JUST SLAPPED THE PEPPERONI ON ONE SLICE.. I CAN TELL BECAUSE IT WASN'T MELTED WITH THE CHEESE, BUT IT WAS STILL GOOD AFTER I MICROWAVED IT FOR A LITTLE.. “New business name: Sakura Buffet. Whole place was completely remodeled; not sure if its new owners or just a revamp. Very bright inside, everything looks clean. New seating, dining areas, etc. Food was very good. Price is still reasonable, and varies on age. Most staff do not speak fluent English.“
