“Great pppizzaa?!! Friendly. Quick delivery“

“Food is good along with the choices. Unfortunately some of the staff need re training. Tonight the cashier was writing on different tickets while we were trying to order. Last time as we were standing there for almost 10 minutes while we were ignored. But when the phone rang that was picked up right away and that order was placed.“

“Amazing food, atmosphere and staff! went last two Mondays for the pizza & live music and it was a great experience. The staff are top notch and coordinate well together keeping things running smoothly. I think this is hands down the best pizza in the Berkshires, and I highly recommend it.“

“Went on a motorcycle ride with my better half today to Mt. Greylock. On the way home we stopped here for a bite. I love eating at small mom & pop restaurants. We have never eaten here before but pizza is one of my favorite things to eat so we pulled into their parking lot and headed in. We ordered a small hamburger pizza and two beverages. $20.00 total. Ten minutes later a pipping hot pizza delivered to our table. It tasted great. The crust was perfect. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pizza appeared to be a 10 inch pie. I really wish pizza shops would start at 12 inches and go up from there but this seems to be the trend everywhere. More importantly the pizza tasted great. if I am ever in the Pittsfield area I would definitely eat there again.“

“I went here the other night and they were almost closed, they were so nice to accommodate me and even brought the pizza to my car. The pizza was delicious, I enjoyed every bite. I highly recommend them.“

“I recently had dinner at Empire Pizza, and the food was really good. I ordered pizza, garlic bread, and pasta, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The pizza had a crispy crust with plenty of cheese, the garlic bread was warm and buttery, and the pasta was cooked perfectly with a rich sauce. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the meal made for a great dining experience overall.“

“Eastside is one of the best pizza restaurants in the Berkshires. The coal fired, New York style pizza will make your mouth water. Try it, you will like it.“

“This was hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. From the first bite, the flavors were bold, perfectly balanced, and incredibly satisfying. The crust was cooked just right, crispy on the outside with a soft, chewy interior. while the sauce had a rich, fresh taste that didn’t overpower the toppings. Every ingredient tasted high-quality and thoughtfully placed, making each bite better than the last. It was the kind of pizza that you keep thinking about after you’re done eating, and one I’d absolutely go out of my way to have again.“

“The pizza continues to get better and better and better! We love this place. The owner is so nice and very hard-working. Support local businesses.“

“I ordered extra blue chees didn't get it also didn't get celery was I supposed to order it? My bad. The pizza was amazing. Wing sauce taste different from the last time I got them. Still great but want to know what the wing sauce was before.“

“First off, $0.66 a wing?! Amazing. In a world of $2 wings, this place is a gem. I ordered an anchovy pizza, they were low on anchovies so went out and bought more just for me. Big fan!“

“Great pizza and great food!“

“I WAS HERE ON 1/21/26 AND GOT A COUPLE OF SLICES FOR DINNER.. THE SLICES WERE FRESH.. I GOT ONE SLICE OF CHEESE AND A SLICE OF PEPPERONI.. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE IS THAT THEY HAD JUST SLAPPED THE PEPPERONI ON ONE SLICE.. I CAN TELL BECAUSE IT WASN'T MELTED WITH THE CHEESE, BUT IT WAS STILL GOOD AFTER I MICROWAVED IT FOR A LITTLE.. THERE SALADS ARE GOOD TOO.. I SPENT $6.42 ON TWO SLICES OF PIZZA!“

“Yes! Amazing veal parm! Chicken parm is also superb! {Chef's Kiss}. The Calzones are also good, and their pizzas! You can also buy a loaf of their Italian bread to take home and make tomato and mayonnaise sandwiches the next day. They sell their own bread, isn't that Amazing! Delicious Italian food, best in Pittsfield, and in my book Papa Joe's is Primo!“

“Decided to stop here on the way home a couple of days ago with some friends. Absolutely will be coming back someday. The customer service here is outstanding, especially from one employee in particular named Logan. He was so helpful and kind, and made great conversation with us. It was undoubtedly pleasant to have him help us that day. I am 100% giving this place a 5 star rating. Anyone who thinks otherwise is crazy!“

“The pizza is awesome, I got a veggie pizza sauce is tasty and the crust is not tough....very good if you want to try a new pizza place. We arent from here, I was impressed! Oh, and they have a drive thru...yes a drive thru!🤪😛😍“

“delicious!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍“

“MY FIANCE WAS HERE ON 8/24/26 & HE BROUGHT ME A COUPLE SLICES HOME TO TRY! WAS NOT BAD AT ALL.. I HAD A PEPPERONI SLICE AND A SAUSAGE & PEPPERONI SLICE.. I ACTUALLY LIKED THE SAUSAGE & PEPPERONI BETTER! I'M THINKING IT'S PROBABLY BETTER WHEN FIRST COOKED! THEN ME HAVING TO MICROWAVE THEM WHICH I HAD TO DO! I LOOK FORWARD TO TRYING THEM OUT IN THE FLESH.. BECAUSE I LOVE PIZZA ESPECIALLY A GOOD SLICE! BOTH I AND THE FIANCE CAN BE PICKY WITH CERTAIN FOODS! HE LIKES SPICY FOODS AND I DON'T!“

“We're about to move soon but I dont want to go without giving a shout out to "Dashiona" from the Pittsfield location. Everytime we see "Dashiona started your order!" We go "ITS DASHIONA!!!!!" Idk how she does it, but she is second to none! We've never met and we never will, but i couldn't leave Massachusetts without saying, THANK YOU DASHIONA!!!!!“

“I don't get home often. I was born and raised in Pittsfield. Now keep in mind I am very picky about my pizza only because I grew up in the pizza business. I can't get good pizza here in Arizona only because of the water so the dough is not the greatest. So when I am at home I only eat pizza from Brooklyn's Best because I love it. I hope to see you soon. A big thank you.“

“Ricco at Dominoes on Elm Street is truly a hospitality king. We forgot our cinnamon twists on the order, and he was quick to address our request of adding them to our order. He made it happen. Such an icon. Such a saint?. Please give this man a raise! Live, Laugh, Ricco.“

“Pretty competitive prices. Great food. Fast delivery. They also deliver to Richmond Shores. Now I don't have to order mediocre food from the big chain that delivers out here anymore.“

“Literally the best pizza around here by miles, open late, all the sauces are SO good. The rewards “papa dough” are so amazing and the deals are the best. Delivery is smooth with text alerts and everything comes hot and fresh. SO GOOD! MUST HAVE“

“For the past two weeks, I have ordered chicken parm door dash and it has been fantastic. Whatever you are doing, keep doing it!!“
