“I had a great experience at papa Gino’s the sales lady helped us not sure in her name but it’s August 2nd at 6:40 skinny tall girl and she suggested the two slices and adding another and helped me and my brother get our dinner and decide what was best for dinner and you don’t get customer service like this anymore so kudos to her job well done….Keep up the good work. Some lady was giving her a hard time but she was a Karen and there is always one. I worked in customer service and your employee deserves a raise she is one in a million and you need to keep her

“Stopped here for lunch on the way back to Amsterdam NY, from Boston. We sat at the bar as we usually do everywhere. The service was excellent, the food came out fast and it was delicious. Will go back for sure.“

“Mostly food to go. We had a pleasant server bring our food after you order at the counter. Grab and go or sit down you can't go wrong with Pizza, grinders, wraps and more.
The chicken wings are good. The Greek salad is huge, always fresh.
Excellent value.“

“Amazing food, atmosphere and staff! went last two Mondays for the pizza & live music and it was a great experience. The staff are top notch and coordinate well together keeping things running smoothly. I think this is hands down the best pizza in the Berkshires, and I highly recommend it.“

“Food is good along with the choices. Unfortunately some of the staff need re training. Tonight the cashier was writing on different tickets while we were trying to order. Last time as we were standing there for almost 10 minutes while we were ignored. But when the phone rang that was picked up right away and that order was placed.“

“Absolutely great pizzas and great staff! Thank you for making our visit to the Berkshires such a perfect time! It was a Sunday evening and you didn't blink when we came in at the end of your shift. Every pizza was excellent! No leftovers to take home because we couldn't stop enjoying the food.“

“The "large" pizza is an enormous "party cut" pizza that weighs, like, 20 pounds. Only order it if you have an entire party or football team to feed. What I normally consider a "large" is what they call a "medium".

Parking: Medium sized parking lot around back. Maybe a dozen spaces?

“Food was awesome!!!! Owner was so nice! Hadn’t been there in a few years but the place looks great and food is still amazing! He was so nice, especially considering my 3 kids were like monkeys everywhere. Best pizza I’ve had in years! Can’t wait to go back.“
