“We came here the other day (thursday) for a pizza and some beers. We tried several of their slices as well as a whole custom pie. The quality and taste varied from pie to pie. i was surprised at how strange the plain slice was. very little sauce, or maybe the cheese combination over powered the sauce. if this was the only slice we tried i would have not written the review. but we ordered a whole pie with kale and sausage and was very pleasantly surprised. lots of garlic and ricotta. kale cooked perfectly, with very little flop on the pizza.staff was not very welcoming, bartender was almost adversarial. despite our please and thank you's it was clear we were not welcome. maybe it was rare occurrence, everyone has a bad day. i would return and give it another try. if that's the normal vibe, just put up a sign that says locals only.“

“I called Stella's in Hudson today at noon asking for a huge favor. It is my nephews graduation party and one of the people who were supposed to bring a dish couldn't at the last minute. I asked if there was any way they could make a large pan of any type of pasta for me that I would need in the next hour. The girl that answered told me usually they need 24 hours notice but she said let me see what I can do. When she picked up she said is baked Ziti ok? I of course said perfect. They made a huge pan of Ziti for the party and it was delicious!! Such great service!!!“

“I happened to be working installing 3 garage doors today at a building directly behind this place. Me and my Co-worker were hungry for lunch and not being from Hudson we weren't sure where to eat. Honest to god I seen the OPEN flag from the side flapping in the breeze and decided to walk up to see "What Exactly was Open" hoping it was a deli to get some food. Well turns out its a PIZZA/Cafe perfect. We go in for a few slices. They dont sell slices put sell whole pies. Okay give us a Small $12. She tells us 10mins. We go back to work and I go back in 10mins and grab the pizza. Well here's the best part of the story. Pizza was 10/10 nice crust, sauce and cheese was just the right amount. NO GREASE dripping. Pizza looked wood fired cooked had that nice toasty crisp. If your in the area I strongly recommend you stopping by. The inner decor was nice an inviting to dine and eat.“
