I give them a thumbs up too because the accepted us for dinner at 7:35 & they were going to be closing by 8 (Sundays they close at 8). For being on their almost closing time, the service was great! “My wife and I stopped in for Valentine’s Day last night and were reminded why Brava is the best restaurant in the Berkshires. We have been three times and every time we go we are impressed. Initially we were hesitant, thinking it would be over priced but it is always less expensive than we expected. Pizzas, wings, and the bread pudding were the favorites this time. 10/10.“

“Food during brunch was incredible! The pancakes and latte's are particularly spectacular.

It is a loud crowded space with is lovely and cozy, but can be a little overwhelming as well.

Make sure to order everything you think your going to want at the counter because you will have to get in line if you want another latte or seltzer. That being saidpst of the staff are lovely and will do what they can to help you get what you want if you find your lacking something.

“This place is awesome. The food is really good. I'm happy that they don't just serve eggs, bacon and sausage in the morning. I do not like breakfast food. This place actually has things I like in the breakfast time hour. AND THE SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! The staff all seems to work as one unit. “I went here the other night and they were almost closed, they were so nice to accommodate me and even brought the pizza to my car. The pizza was delicious, I enjoyed every bite. I highly recommend them.“

“Absolutely the best food I have had in Great Barrington. As an avid chicken roaster, I was extremely pleased with their brick chicken. They must brine it or something because it was so tender and well seasoned throughout. On the side was a dandelion salad which converted me from being a dandelion hater. It was so good. As other reviews have said, the corn bread is an absolute must. The peach cobbler for dessert was okay, but the rest of the meal had set such a high bar that I felt it fell short.

The service was sort of mediocre. The waitress was okay, but didn’t come around very frequently and it took a long time when we needed things like a sharper knife for the chicken or the check.

Overall, I highly recommend The Prairie Whale and I hope to be back soon!“

“Imagine my delight when I found this gem during a visit to Great Barrington while touring the area. We had our senior dog with us and my husband and I needed a table outdoors to eat in the shade. Almost out of options, then we walked down a side street off Main Street and found STEAM Noodle Cafe among the few open restaurants on a Monday at the shared patio area. I LOVED the Northern Thai Curry Chicken bowl, accurately described as “flavorful but not spicy”. All I can say is YUMMY. I don’t “do” spicy and am often disappointed when i trust a restaurant to accurately describe a dish as not-spicy. This dish was gorgeous, colorful and I almost licked the bowl clean. While stepping back inside to praise the restaurant, another customer heard my rave review and also ordered that dish. Wish I lived closer, I’d be there often.“

“By far the best pizza on east coast papa joes Sicilian style crust my son and I absolutely Loved that pizza. Rest of family had dinners pasta meatballs delicious homemade meatballs the best with homemade Italian bread thats better than bakeries in little Italy Boston.“

“The "large" pizza is an enormous "party cut" pizza that weighs, like, 20 pounds. Only order it if you have an entire party or football team to feed. What I normally consider a "large" is what they call a "medium".

Parking: Medium sized parking lot around back. Maybe a dozen spaces?

“As a Door Dasher, I love Siam Square Thai Cuisine Great Barrington. Not only are they a lovely place to eat, but they treat their delivery drivers just as well as they do their diners. The gentleman who I believe owns the restaurant is always welcoming and the food is always prepared just on time and is very hot when their Door Dasher arrives, which makes for happy customers. When I used to have the $ to eat out it was one of my favorite places for lunch or dinner. It's very much worth it to go there regularly because there is always something tasty and different to try. Their mango dessert is so simple and so tasty if you have a sweet tooth, and there are many spicy and delicious plant-based options if you're health-conscious. And of course, their Pad Thai, a great introduction to their offerings, is amazing! Siam Square = just in general an awesome experience with people who make everyone feel welcome.🧡“
