“Went to Baja Charlie’s for dinner tonight. Hands down the best nachos I’ve ever had! Got them with the smoked pulled pork. Then finished with the chicken chimichangas. I give them a 10/10! The waitress was super personable and friendly as well. We were able to sit outside on a gorgeous night!“

“Stopped here for lunch on the way back to Amsterdam NY, from Boston. We sat at the bar as we usually do everywhere. The service was excellent, the food came out fast and it was delicious. Will go back for sure.“

“The food is fresh but other than the sweet crepes, the things I've ordered have all been underseasoned/bland. I wish there was more variety – even their specials seem like copycats from their regular menu. Delicious lattes though! Best lavender latte I've had and great staff :)“

“If you want to eat a very good brunch you should come to Roses restaurant, it is clean, nice and the staff are very friendly and also they are bilingual . The food was delicious and you can feel a mix of good flavors at the same time you see the effort and time that the chef put in each plate. This restaurant has a multicultural menu which is very good for the family. I love it and I will come back again.“

“We stopped by for dinner, not realizing it’s takeout only. The nice staff let us order and eat our takeout on the tables in the back, which was great. We were advised the wait was long, but no wonder, given the steady stream of pickups the entire time we were there. We enjoyed the sandwich plates with fries, pizza, and a grinder.“

“I ordered the fried shrimp dinner. It was delicious along with the baked potato & coleslaw. Everything tasted fresh. I give them a thumbs up too because the accepted us for dinner at 7:35 & they were going to be closing by 8 (Sundays they close at 8). For being on their almost closing time, the service was great! If I come back up this way, I would definitely eat there again!“
