I just started working in the area and working 3rd shift in a town you're unfamiliar can complicate finding decent food.I want to thank Ashley for being so helpful to my wife on the phone and taking the time to coordinate delivery. “Been visiting the Berkshires for over twenty years, but this was our first visit to the Collins Diner. I'm a big fan of old style diners, so this was a treat. We found the owner welcoming and friendly. We appreciated the care that was taken with our order. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We tried omelets, burgers, and the tuna melt. The owner handles the order taking, cooking, and cleanup. She does it seven days a week. I image that on a busy day, this means it might take some time to get your food, but it's worth the wait. We'll be returning next time we're in the Berkshires.“

“Excellent all around. We started off with local beer on tap and a plate of aranci. Chicken trombette and steak neo with afresh greens and balsam side salad were perfect. Finished with an espresso and ordered a hot cheese pie to go. Cozy, clean environment. Staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Quality of food and quantity of food was very reasonable. Full belly, Happy heart.“

“Started off with the calamari, which was heavily battered but the calamari was tender and they had a lemony tarter sauce to dip it in. I had an everything burger which was charred grilled and delicious with sweet potato fries, and my wife had the quiche with a garden salad that she enjoyed immensely.“

“Great little hidden spot. Almost didn’t go because the gps want exact. I thought I was going up someone’s driveway. Food was great. Service was good, but it was pretty empty at the time we went. Definitely will go back next time I’m in the area.“

“The Tuesday steak night was verry good. Perfect. So I was verry happy with everything and so was my company.I went there a year ago and had a bad experience but I'd say they redeemed themselves this time. 12.99 for a NY strip and sides was awesome but you do have to buy a drink atleast a soda and im sure that cost 3 or 4 bucks making the dinner deal almost 20 anyways but still well worth it and I will definitely return on a Tuesday for another steak. Even my 3yr old chowed it down like a beast...so I can't wait... I hope they are consistent this time. I imagine they will be.“
