Really hot and fresh food, prepared and arranged beautifully. Delicious and tasty bacon cheeseburger quesadillas, crispy tortilla chips, and heavenly fresh made queso! Do yourself a favor and get a half pint of the queso if you are getting the tortilla chips you will want more! Will definitely recommend and get again! This location does a great job and delivery from DoorDash comes quickly if you live in Dalton.

Over the last few years I have frequented this Hot Harrys location at least once a week. Now that it is under new management things have changed and the quality of the food has gone downhill. The replaced the regular mexican blend cheese with mozzarella, as someone whos go to order is a cheese quesadilla this was devastating. The cheese doesn't melt really at all like the old cheese, the first quesadilla I had with the new cheese is also the last one I will have. You could open the quesadilla and the cheese was still in the shredded form on the inside.The queso recipe changed as well, the queso is graining and not smooth like it was before. Also almost all the old employees have disappeared. Unfortunate for this store and its old employees who really made it a place I liked going

I would only go to Hot Harry’s in Dalton over Pittsfield’s. Now that they have changed ownership, I will not go here either. Food is horrendous. 0 out of 0. Do not recommend. Bring back the old Hot Harry’s.

Hot Harry's is the best Mexican restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of tasting! Reasonably priced with massive servings. Beautiful atmosphere & great service. 5* all the way
Firstly I lived in San Diego for a while, so I was spoiled a bit by excellent Mexican food you just can't get on the east coast. However, this was terrible. I hate when they put sauce on top. You're supposed to be able to pick it up. IDK the whole thing was terrible IMHO. Not spiced well etc. It's about like Chipotle which I can also live without. If someone wants to make a fortune, they should learn how they do it in Southern California and bring it here.

Pleasant atmosphere and nice staff. Always eat here when working in the area. The portions are good and lots of options for toppings. A filling meal and meat, veggies taste fresh. Place is clean. I prefer my home made guacamole, but the pork was really soft and delicious. The pork is better than their chicken in my opinion and you get chips and salsa with the meal. The hot salsa is very spicy coming from someone who likes hot sauce.

Very tasty pulled pork bowl! The employees are very nice, helpful, and polite! I was getting a Pickup order at the Dalton location, the parking is the least of a problem here than at the other locations, and closest to my house. Whenever I've ordered here it's always clean, the floors look nice, tables are tidy.

Okay so you kind of have to understand what Hot Harry's is to appreciate the food there.This is not Mexican food -- not really even Tex-Mex. It's a distinctly New England version of Americanized fast food influenced by a few different traditions. You can get a burger here, or a burrito, or a Thai chicken bowl, but none of these will be what you would expect from another restaurant that specializes in that type of food. Hot Harry's is just...unique.Is the food good? For my wife and me, it's a kind of convenient comfort food we turn to when we're exhausted at the end of the day, don't want to cook, and need to grab some reliable takeout. And Hot Harry's is that: reliable. But that doesn't necessarily mean it's consistent. For example, flavors my change (the pulled pork, one of our favorites, can range from salty to spicy to mildly sweet depending on the day or even time of day), and portions may change (I almost always get the same combination bowl, for example, and portions can range from a half-full bowl to one that is overflowing...or a portion with lots of guacamole to barely a spoonful of guac...depending on who dishes it up). But we know our hunger will be satisfied by whatever we get -- and that's what makes it reliable for us.We have also been pleasantly surprised on many occasions. My wife is the more adventurous at this establishment, and has has enjoyed trying different things -- most recently the grilled veggie quesadilla.The only selection that I find difficult to stomach is the hard shell tacos. Having lived near the Mexican border for many years and travelled through Mexico, I find hard shell tacos to be just the weirdest American fast food culinary invention ever...and pretty inedible. But I'm tilting at windmills on this one for sure, since these crunchy monstrosities can be found across much of the U.S. Nevertheless, they do not exist in Mexico, where tortillas are more often made fresh to order, are wonderfully soft, and taste good enough to be eaten by themselves.The other consideration to remember is that Hot Harry's is a franchise. Different locations offer a different experience. At this location there is a small outside seating area next to the parking lot, for example. And sometimes the food quality and quantity varies between locations as well. This location is really convenient for us, so it's the Hot Harry's we know best.Lastly, Hot Harry's has a loyalty program where you accumulate points based on purchases. And this can eventually result in some very good deals!
