not sure if the intercom system needs to be fixed or what the problem is but ordering in the drive through is very difficult sometimes, what they repeat back sometimes isn't even close to what you ask for. today I ordered a cold brew a hot chocolate and a bagel with cream cheese, when i got to the window they tried to give me 3 drinks and no bagel, finally got the bagel after a few minutes but when I got home the hot chocolate was in fact a hot coffee 😔
