Icecream flavors leave a lot to be desired. Good thing there are so many toppings to help. Can get loud. Good candy options

It's a great place to get ice cream and get candy

Been going here since I was a child. Took my Dad the other night after dinner so we could make our own sundae. Only young teenagers we there waiting on everyone. We got two scoop ice cream sundae. No exaggeration there was less than a scoop of ice cream all the hot fudge was gone dried up old and out of most of the condiments I was excited to put on my ice cream. We paid 26 dollars for 2 sundaes that we absolutely hated what a disappointment. I will still go to buy the chocolate but skip the ice cream it's so disappointing especially my fond childhood memories crushed

Tried the Cafe this time. The Mayflower was a large Thanksgiving style sandwich..it was good but would have preferred less stuffing and more turkey and cranberry sauce...just my opinion. I will try other sandwiches in the future. Didn't get Ice Cream or Chocolate this time but the are always amazing!

This place is fantastic! We always enjoy visiting Putnam Pantry. Their Lime Rickeys are some of the best around, and the homemade chocolates, ice cream, subs, sandwiches, and vintage candy selection are all top-notch.

What really makes it special is the owners—they’re incredibly kind and often right there baking, cooking, or helping customers. It has that classic New England charm. If you haven’t been in a while, it’s definitely worth stopping by!

The ice cream was good. Ambiance was nice,decor was nice. Candy was amazing. Alittle overpriced. Would go there for a Special treat.

Love Putnam's Pantry. Brings me back to my childhood. It is so wonderful sharing it with my son now. Great ice cream, hot fudge is the best, great candy to take home.

Best place ever for breakfast, lunch, candy and lime Rickie’s!!!

I’ve been going to Putnam Pantry for about 60 years. For the past few months my family and I have been meeting there every other weekend. On Sunday I bought a piece of carrot cake. As we were all sitting there we saw a mouse run across the floor and up the back of the soda machine. I brought my cake up to the counter for a refund as it no longer appealed to me. I was told you can’t return food. It was in an unopened container. I called the manager the following day. She said I needed my receipt which got thrown away when we had cleared off our table. I understand these things happen. It wasn’t about the money per se but more about customer service. They didn’t have to take the cake back. I felt I should have been compensated in some way. Needless to say, I won’t be going back anytime soon.
