I am usually picky when it comes to restaurants. Food was absolutely incredible. Wings and kale soup were perfectly cooked and our meals were out in 10 minutes. Our apps were out in 5! The drinks were a very strong pour. Maybe even too much! I won’t complain considering how bars and restaurants usually skimp out. 3rd time here and i am more impressed than the first 2 times and those were great.

We weren't satisfied with the food or service. Waiter had no ambition to serve us. Food took a while to come out, and wasn't hot and tasted bland. This isn't a place I'll be quick to return too, but may give it a second go and update my review depending on how the experience goes.

A group of us went on a Tuesday night for dinner and Music Bingo. Dinner was excellent. Most of us ordered the scallops and burnt ends. Was very good but a little spicy. Music Bingo was a lot of fun.

Essentially a weak attempt at “country” “barbecue”. We receive a lot of gift cards here from loved ones, and anytime we get them, we regift them back to someone else.We actually bought a gift card here one time for someone that oddly loves this place, and the take out cashier charged us a “convenience fee’ for the gift card, which was baffling and honestly pretty comical. Just another reason to pass on the pig.The menu feels very limited. The main dining room feels like a big trough for people to eat at, which probably wasn’t intentional but matches the aesthetic. Just bland with no decor, and kinda intimidating and stressful, rather than relaxing.The brussel sprouts are good and the chicken wings are like Buffalo Wild Wings, which is fine I guess.It’s a good choice if you are looking for a meh “crowd pleasing” dining experience in Dartmouth. Great people watching, because the customers are wildly inebriated at the bar, and antics ensue.

Worst food ever I ordered a few dishes and the fish on both orders were pink extremely dry and chewy and I was missing items and all they said was they couldn’t do anything and I had to pay all that money for nothing to be fixed I honestly will NEVER order there again unfortunately it’s my mistake ordering again from them because this wasn’t the only time they screwed up so it was my fault thinking they would be better next time but of course for all that money they messed up again and I received no help and I will never go there again and I’ll make sure every person I know how horrible the food was and how they wouldn’t even help so thank you a lot for making me waste my money

First time we went to restaurant. Waiter was very efficient with drinks then our food. Highly recommend everyone try this place out. Wish we had gone more then once while in area.Kid-friendliness: Kids were there while we were, highly recommend that with children to set on opposite side of bar. Bar area is very busy.

We dined Friday night with our 2 little grandsons at 5:45. The waitress couldn't have been nicer!! She brought Water with the special kid cups for them and cornbread right away. Everything that two little boys would love... plus crayons and coloring papers. The meals were great. My grandson didn't care for the grilled cheese and she promptly asked what else he could like and he ordered pasta with butter and it came promptly . Cask & Pig is Always a pleasant dining experience with or without little ones !!
Had a great time and enjoyed the food very much. The menu was diverse and I recommend the trash can nachos with pulled pork and I also got the fancy burger which did not disappoint, probably one of the best burgers I have ever had. The wait staff is super friendly! I also want to add, they have some creative tasty cocktails as well.
