We tried Cask and Pig for the first time tonight. The parking lot is always full so we thought it must be good. Having lived in the south, I would say that this is some of the worst barbecue I've ever eaten. Things are overly sweet, sticky and just not at all authentic tasting. The one thing they got right from our meal was the coleslaw, but the rest we picked over, and decided we didn't need to try this establishment again. Sorry to give a tough review, but this isn't...
We held a private event at Cask & Pig. The event coordinator handled everything skillfully and knew exactly what she was doing. Service was exceptional and our guests raved about the food.
