The donuts were fresh and delicious. I ordered through the app, but the staff couldn't locate my order in their system at first. However, they were extremely helpful and supportive. After I showed them the order details from the app, they carefully picked out the donuts one by one based on the information I provided. Thank you for your excellent service!

They lock the front doors when the drive through gets too busy, had to wait 20 minutes to grab my mobile order because they wanted to lock the doors and have an easier shift.. wish I could do that at my job!!

First off this is not the d&d in Fall River or New Bedford so the reviews claiming it is should be taken down and they're all five stars every single one of them. This is the d&d on route 6 right next to Westport in Dartmouth. I'd like to start with saying by croissant stuffer was cold and uncooked my side order of bacon was pretty much raw. The only star I'll give to this place was the woman taking my order at the counter. The woman fulfilling my order and not so much had a bad attitude. And everything I got was raw in the coffees were covered in coffee and sugar. Couldn't even wipe them down

Good good decision with sleeping there. I'm just staying there and hang here all the time. All day and all night. But it is kind of really messed up because it is no homeless shelters or anything like that. In fall river they are kicking more of our bets out. The rents are getting way too high, putting people on the streets. It's sad when you have to bundle up with friends to just get by 2 pay rent. Kicking elderly people out of their house units. Because they are unable to afford the rent they raise. They pass a train station. With all our consent. We vote, no still goes.? Vote for what? They were already building it before we get to vote.

Horrible experience go there for the last 2 yrs girl making the food I believe her name is Nichole I asked for bagel with cream cheese I told her I rather have cream cheese on the side she had put the cream cheese on it grabs the bag and whips it to the side with a big attitude what great customer service she has never had problem with rest of employees there all nice but that was uncalled for .

ive stopped wasting my money dunkin especially in maine is the worst and also i was told that the coffee they sell buy the pound isnt even made by the them so thats way it never tastes the same i hope thats not true and if it is i feel like we have wll been

Long line in the drive thru, but it moved fast. Our food was delicious and warm. Coffee was spot on, just the way the wife likes it.

I just wanted to shout out the crew working right now. (Weds 12/20/23 at 1015 am.) Despite having a major problem (only one register worked in the whole building so drive thru and everything had to go through the one counter person.) it was wildly busy but I’ll tell you what, the woman manning the register kept it together and was still friendly and calm. She had a flow going with everyone to get everything done efficiently. Kudos to the whole team for being positive and doing the damn thing regardless! I’d also like to edit that I personally know Chris who works there d he is by far the sweetest human being I’ve ever met! If you know Chris, you know what I’m talking about!
