I tried the new chicken roasted pepper wrap. The pic online and on drive up menu show all these nice chunks of chicken but reality is that it smells good, first bite was somewhat tasty but then I was able to see what I was eating. It's a cheesy paste with lots of peppers and a few small diced pieces of chicken. Looked like baby food. Very, very salty. Only ate a few bites. I'm not a fan.

We did an online order and when I got there the coffees were ready but the donuts 🍩 weren’t but the very nice professional young guy at the window was great!! I’m giving 5 stars because the customer service was great!!

We’re currently at this location 8:37 pm on Friday, 7/11 and the doors are locked with staff inside. The doors and Google listing both state closing time is 9pm. We knocked on the window but were unacknowledged.

Lobby is never open in the morning, if you’re driving a vehicle that can’t fit in the drive thru this location is just not an option. When you place a mobile order and then can’t get in the building it’s just a loss unless you want to walk up to the drive thru window

I've ordered from here a few times after class when I'm going to shop in the area. I always order ahead. I'll usually sit in my car and kill some time before I go inside to get my order.

One of the times, I waited over 15 minutes from when my order should have been done and it still wasn't done. The employee who made my order had only put part of it onto the carry out shelf and left the other part on the counter behind it. I couldn't grab it because it was too far away and I ended up having to wait for over 10 minutes for someone to come over to hand it to me.

There were like seven people running around and each one glanced at me, but nobody bothered to ask if I needed help. That was a bit annoying.

All the other times I've ordered here, I haven't had any problems like that first time. Still, there's room for improvement here but I won't hold my breath.

The donuts were fresh and delicious. I ordered through the app, but the staff couldn't locate my order in their system at first. However, they were extremely helpful and supportive. After I showed them the order details from the app, they carefully picked out the donuts one by one based on the information I provided. Thank you for your excellent service!
