I ran into 3 different employees at this location, and not a single one said hi or made any attempt to be friendly. Pizza was so good, tho. I'd go back for takeout if in the area again.“

“I usually love this place, but I order the fish and chips last night and there was hardly any fish inside the super thick batter. I basically paid 23 dollars for french fries. They should improve it or take it off the menu.

“Love this place. The vibe is very old school. The restaurant is Situated on a busy intersection in New Bedford's north end. Pizzas are thin and delicious. They offer sandwiches, apps etc. Good for families and prices are affordable. Its a Must stop when in town.“

“If I could give The Nook more than five stars I would. We came here when they first opened years ago, but moved and haven't been back in a while. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. The pizza was delicious - we enjoyed it more with every bite. Our drinks were unique, incredible, and all the flavors they claimed to be. The owners are so kind and personable. The fun atmosphere is just the icing on the cake. We will gladly make the drive to support this wonderful small business again.“

“Not even have to say much about it, my experience with the new menu and new manager is amazing. The food quality and taste has a huge difference ( a good difference). Especially the pizza the cheese on it is phenomenal. The new managers are so heartwarming and sweat, and always approach you with a smile.

“my apologies go out to the store. I guess I messed up putting in my order online. I guess you can give the driver one to five stars but I guess you can also do it before the guy gets there. So I guess I hit the one star, and the manager actually called or somebody did from the store. I had no idea I did it. They thought I put it in before the guy got here and I didn’t realize that it affects the employees at the store. So, pay attention to what you’re doing on the online stuff is what I learned and , this is always our go to place. So if you want good service, the delivery guys been here a few times he’s great. “Late night stop for a cheeseburger after the kiddos football game. They were about to close but served us To Go. We sat outside under the giant milk bottle and enjoyed the best burger I've ever had. The buttery bun was grilled perfectly to keep it from turning to mush. The veggies were crisp. The burger had that gorgeous flame broiled taste.

The dough was soft and delicious, last week it was tough and I don’t remember that happening in the past so we gave it another go. Glad we did. So I have discovered the onion topping is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had around here. paper thin slices, as I like my onions cooked on a pizza. It didn’t disappoint. Next time I’m ordering onion feta and olives. The staff was very friendly, he wished me and enjoyable meal and evening and we certainly enjoyed every bite.“

“I give Metro Pizza more than 5 stars. The food was delicious. I ordered the steak loaded and a Linguica Portuguesa pizza. Both were better than I expected, in fact it was the best I've ever had. There wasn't an ounce of fat on the steak and just the right amount of garlic and onion on the linguica pizza. Given the current conditions when I placed the order - the heat was out in the building and it was as cold inside as it was outside (it was in the 20's that day) - I give them an additional 5 stars. The food was still hot when I brought it home and unwrapped it. Every single person who worked that day deserves a bonus and a raise.“
