I ordered a cake on December 19 for Pick up December 23rd. The worst customer service. I spoke to a man over the phone and I clearly told the man I wanted a strawberry shortcake with red and green decorations with the writing 12/2023. The first mistake was the writing on the cake they wrote “ 12/20/2023” I told them that was incorrect that I wanted the cake to say 12/2023. The Manager then said she will fix it and took a cake off the shelf, I was surprised because I ordered a Strawberry shortcake… the man I spoke to on the phone took my order and did not inform me that they did not take special request orders and chose the flavor of my cake for me. I informed the manager of this and she said “ there is no man back here and we don’t do those types of orders.” I said that’s fine but one of your staff members did not inform me of that. Not only was the Manager rude but the Customer service was horrible. The writing on the cake is bad the 3 on 2023 looks like a 9. I started looking for a different cake at that point because I did not want to interact with the manager anymore she stood there just watching me and my daughter look at other cakes then followed us all the way to the register to see if we still took the cake and paid for it. As a manger you should have better customer service there was clearly a misunderstanding starting from the phone call and she did not acknowledge that at all, then got mad and caught an attitude with me because they wrote the incorrect date on the cake and probably the most disgusting and disrespectful thing was standing and watching me and my daughter look at other cakes then follow us to the register and watch us pay. As a description she is white with glasses and white spikey hair.

There is no gas station here! BJ's app listed this address as having gas. Went in to ask and they said it's down the road. Didn't find it so I went to another location instead.

They are compact, they're open when you need them open, their packages are not grossly big. All in all a comfortable place to shop.

It’s a typical BJ! Will have a 5 star if it have BJ gas station here! Quiet BJ, the line is short but waiting time is somehow a little longer than expected.

This location is ghetto! Lines are always long. Workers ask if you want help like you're stealing or something ... then guess what ? They don't even scan everything so now you're looking like a thief because of their screw up. Signs don't match the pricing you pay Just no

Customer service is always great; the store is organized with isles labeled and neat. Products are consistent and priced well. It's my go to place for certain items that the other wholesale store doesn't have. And it's never so crowded that I want to turn around and leave.

I bought my daughters birthday cake here. I filled out the slip with no help from the staff. I checked off that I wanted a cake that fed 6-8 people. When I gave it to a staff member-(a tall white lady). She questioned if I was sure I wanted this size because it was 5 inches in width on the top. I said that seemed small and in a aggravated voice she said back to me "Don't you know what 5 inches is?" I should have known right then not to purchase a cake from this place. On top of the rudeness the cake was awful!!! I don't recommend this place for cakes!

Went to bjs tonight and had the WORST experience I’ve ever had there. I got Similac checks for formula in the mail and brought them since they said “accepted everywhere that sells Similac” went to customer service and the RUDE rep told me “we don’t accept coupons from other retailers” I explained it wasn’t a coupon it was specifically written as a check for Similac. I asked could I talk to the manager. I remember using these before with my oldest. She called the manager and the manager (Elizabeth in the Dedham store) wouldn’t come talk to me. Wouldn’t take a look at what I was talking about and just couldn’t be bothered. To me saving the $30 is just a nice extra… but to the mom that doesn’t have money…. That $30 is a big deal! Especially during a formula shortage! Do better Bjs Dedham! — at BJ's Wholesale Club (Dedham, MA).

I'm at the Dedham location today and I've had the worst experience ever and I've been shopping here this entire year. I tried to use a EBT government assistance card for my uncles groceries because he's handicap and a senior citizen so he cannot shop for himself . The cards magnetic stipe was out and as I've done every month this entire year I asked them to type it in and they told me that was not a possibility anymore. Carol the supervisor who helped me informed me that in the past they should have not done that because of company policy. However I Just Spoke with the Manager Karim J. ( a caucasian male about 5"7 with glasses) who informed me that the Carol was supposed to call him over if there was an issue and he could have done the transaction for me. I'm so hurt for the way I was treated and how Carol lied to my face without remorse. I never want to be treated like this again.

I did my first curbside pick up a few days ago I thought it was really cool but I didn't pay any attention what they were putting in my car when I got home I realized half of it was missing and I got some extra stuff I really did not need. I called them I talk to a manager they told me to come in and they will correct the mistake. I finally had time off a few days later I went there talked to a manager they were very nice and helpful and I got my items that were missing. Thanks for great customer service!

Love that there's hours for healthcare workers and over 60 but NOT those who are immune compromised. Thanks bjs for NOT thinking about those who have immune conditions and may need hours with less customers. Aside from that, the meats at this location are terrible and overall it's not the great. I'll be headed back to Costco
