Ordered for delivery, I live less than 5 minutes to the store and when I got my order it was ice cold. Called the store and was told the only options we have are to get a new order (made hot) and give back to cold food or get 30% off. which neither are acceptable in my eyes. I was told need to call on Monday and speak to someone else.

I was stopping by there every other day for a roast beef on the way to work. Then one day I ordered two of two different things and they only made one and when I got there I said no I definitely said to and after that every time I call for something I get roast beef that's sliced in slabs and it's no longer the same brother as I remember although I only remember it from like a month and a half ago

Ordered 5 subs on this hot day. 1 of the sub was a pastrami sub and we asked for some cheese, pickles, mustard and toasted (didn't get ANY of those on that sub). The other sub was a "crabmeat" sub but there was some steak in there (not sure what happened there). I ordered from the one in Quincy and never had an issue. Probably won't be ordering from here again.

Decent food, the steak was seasoned good and there was good amount of cheese and the calzone was big but it’s still very pricy and the staff was cold. Couldn’t get a thank you or have a good day or a smile from there if you tried. Yes everything is pricy but these guys are charging 30$ for a calzone. Go to riverside right down the road and get the same size calzone for $15 and just as good. The food is good don’t get me wrong but not worth paying the inflated prices. If it’s late and their the only spot open I’ll order and take the hit but on any given day there’s better spots. Just my 2 cents.
