Just a quick rant about this spot I have never written a bad review about a local spot but what a horrible hospitality for someone that deals with people everyday. First off I place a very simple order with the girl there she’s looking mad as hell like I did something to her I get it that it’s Sunday. Then after I pay for my order I ask the lady the plain bagel I ordered comes with cream cheese correct she says yes. 2 mins later they sell my specific bagel to someone else that came literally 5 mins after me and then proceeds to tell me hey we don’t have that bagel anymore do you want something else literally as they sold that bagel right in front of my eyes. I don’t make a big deal about this and say it’s fine just give me a plain bagel. Then as I look my order it’s just a plain bagel in there with no cream cheese nothing she then proceeds to tell me it’s another 2$ for the cream cheese. Again not making a big deal out of it as I’m walking out she starts talking shit in Albanian like????? What a horrible spot. The end

Cafe Fresh Bagel delivers on all of those fronts. The bagels are superb and the variety, freshness and flavor of the wares on display is unsurpassed. The people who run the establishment are the kind of individuals that serve as the epitome of what entrepreneurs should be - hardworking, dedicated and thoughtful. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my bagels…!

Their bagels are delicious and the only ones my husband will eat. I go to the one in Dedham and the young man who runs it is a sweetheart. I call ahead for a dozen egg bagels, drive over a half hour later and they are fresh and hot waiting for me!

Disappointed in the lack of chewiness - the bagel was more fluffy and reminded me more of a store bought bagel than freshly made.
Quick service and fair prices, though. Probably the best option in this area.

I stopped in for an everything bagel to have at home but it was so soft and warm I had to try it when I got to the car. DELICIOUS! It was only $1.75! So good! They sale day old $4 for 1/2 doz.

Came here to try and honestly left disappointed. Cashier was not very friendly and food overall was not anything crazy.
Bagel was ok, nothing too exciting about it. Only complaint was there was not enough ham on it. Also, the cashier was not the friendliest.
Best bagel ever had. Not only the bagel, but the cream cheese was amazing. Very friendly service. Nice atmosphere.
They are a very busy cafe but they have the process streamlined. They have delicious bagels, quick service and options for everyone's tastes.
