Good coffee, good vibes, cozy seating and plugs for your stuff. The pain au chocolat looked a little sad and none of their other pastries were calling out to me so I just stuck with my latte.
This is inside Legacy Place - parking was busy in the afternoon/evening. Noisy, but not too loud. I was still able to take a casual phone call without the listener having too much background noise. There is a workspace/conference room you can also rent out by the hour. They're open fairly late compared to other cafes in the area (8pm), so that was appreciated.

Despite always being understaffed the employees here do put in a ton of effort to ensure satisfaction. Come here multiple times a week and always treated kindly.

Went to get coffee and asked for the Tiramsu Latte and the cashier turned around looked at their stuff and said they weren't doing that and same with the eggnog latte with no further explanation. Finally just got a mocha latte and the cup they gave me was filled just barely past half-way. This is just shameful and the taste isn't much better.

I really like the food, drinks, and atmosphere here. Really my only issue is how insanely packed it can get sometimes, and I wish they stayed open until 10pm.

I’ve never had such a disgusting cappuccino in my life. It was literally 98% milk. Not sure if this is the norm. But it may have to do with the lady who took and did our order. Id rather have dunkin

Terrible service, wrong order, and unreachable. Do not go here. Coffee was cold and I paid for creamcheese just to not even get it, nobody is picking up the phone

Terrible service from workers! Line starts one way and they continue to serve people cutting lines. No care in the world for other customers unless you're white. They will give you a dirty look and talk down to you as you try to order. Not a friendly place at all for people of different race. Coffee was absolutely terrible and the continued to serve other people prior to making our coffee

Cafe Nero is a great option for meeting with clients. It's always easy to find a parking space, the coffee is so good and the atmsosphere is fun. I rented the large conference room because it was most convenient for clients to get to. We had delicious coffee and plenty of time to relax and chat. Cafe Nero is centrally located off 95 (128). The regular coffee is soooo good!! I highly recommend to meet with clients or just relax before shopping.

Crowded. Overpriced food and beverages. Staff not familiar with products and what condiments come on them. Long line. Slow service. No place to sit once order is complete and pay for because everybody is just sitting around not drinking or eating only using the Wi-Fi. Condiment area was a mess with sweetener packages either empty or sitting in liquid. Would not go there again. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I suspect the reason that it is busy is because of its location and that the people going there are not repeat customers or just there for the Wi-Fi.

Asked for a coffee with an espresso shot. The lady told me I could not do that and gave me just the shot. She would not give me a coffee.

My wife & I came here for coffee a few days ago. It was very busy, we queued for 15 minutes to place our order (cafe latte & a macchiato). Several minutes later, a barista started making our drinks, then walked away for several minutes to serve other customers while the expresso dripped into the cups. When her returned to them, I pointed out that the coffee was now cold and asked him the start again. He told me he was busy and to be more patient! I had been chatting with other customers enduring the long wait. Start to finish - 27 minutes to get two coffees. Ridiculous.

Coffee is good but my service experience was really bad. I almost never write negative reviews but I was honestly shocked. Line took a very long time (with only 3 people ahead of me) and when it was my turn, and I ordered a simple drink, the person decided to also take the order of the person behind me, who had a very complicated order. I was in a hurry and politely told the person this, and they begrudgingly made mine and gave it to me. Not sure what the issue was. Food, drinks and atmosphere are good though.
