I absolutely love Caffè Nero! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. The coffee is consistently delicious—smooth, rich, and perfectly brewed. I particularly enjoy their lattes, which never disappoint. The staff at this location is always friendly and efficient, and I appreciate the cozy ambiance with its comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi. They also have a great selection of pastries and sandwiches, which are perfect for a quick snack or lunch.

Guy at the counter was very rude, or not good at communicating perhaps.

Love their coffee and service
3 stars for atmosphere because of the music. Sometimes music is very boring and repetitive.

It was my first time trying the coffee and seating in this business. I'll say the coffee tasted great; the service was fantastic. The person who took my order was polite, excellent, and Accommodating, with a great personality. Oh my God, it's too dark of a place. It's not to my taste. I can't keep reiterating the impression. The decor is not to my liking. I do not like dark places, mainly eating locations, except for one. I felt like I was sitting inside an old antique library with all these books from the 1800s. If you're like this, it will not be the place to enjoy a great cup of coffee. You should keep this in mind. Because of this, I wouldn't go back to sitting and chatting with friends for coffee. Instead, I'll go for a to-go coffee.

There is no time of day that I have come where this place is not crowded, and they did get rid of my favorite tea, the vanilla Rooibis, But everyone here is incredibly friendly, and the food and beverages are top-notch.
I do ask that they fix their handicap door. The button doesn’t work.
Thankfully, most of the building was open because they have a porch area with sliding glass windows that they pulled up because it was a nice day, but the main entrance I could not get the button to work.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking directly out front, and there are buttons on the doors, but they weren’t working when I came in today.

Ordered macaroons, really gross. They were 3 for $5 and not worth it. I also ordered a cold brew and the barista was rude then fills my large cup all the way to the top with ice. I'm not paying another $5 for a bucket of ice and two sips of coffee. I asked her to take some out and it went as you'd expect. Cold brew was 4/10, of you're gonna be a sassy coffee person at least know how to make good coffee, i could live with the sass then.

They are ridiculously slow. They don’t know the first thing about efficiency and customer service. Stood in line for 20 minutes for a simple hot coffee. They should have a dedicated person for speedy orders like basic coffee and sweets. They have lost my business.
