I love CAVA for its food. But the staff here is incredibly rude specially the store managers. I have experienced rudeness from the staff twice, at different times and from different managers. The first time I let it go thinking it was a one off. But it happened again today when I asked for a small extra paper bag for pita bread, so I need to call this out. This location needs to do better in staffing people.

Absolutely awful first-time experience that made me regret walking through their doors. Here's why this place deserves zero stars:
1. Deceptive Pricing: They charged me $3.30 extra for literally TWO small carrots when I had already ordered a half-falafel/half-veggie bowl. Yes, you read that right - $3.30 for two tiny carrots! Highway robbery at its finest. I ended up paying $19.20 for a sub par bowl.
2. Poor Food Assembly: The avocado was carelessly stuffed into my bowl and got completely stuck to the lid. When it fell on opening the bowl IN THE STORE, instead of apologizing, the manager had the audacity to question whether I was lying about it! Absolutely unprofessional behavior.
3. Rushed Service: The server rushed through my order so fast I barely had time to choose my options. It felt like they were trying to get rid of me rather than serve me.
4. Subpar Everything: The protein options are limited, toppings are basic, and the overall quality pales in comparison to Chipotle. No wonder this place was nearly empty while Chipotle always has a line - you get what you pay for!
The cherry on top was the manager's attitude - questioning a customer's integrity over fallen avocado instead of focusing on customer service? Says everything about their management style.
Never ever visiting CAVA
Bottom line: Overpriced, underwhelming food served with a side of poor attitude. Stick to Chipotle where you get better food, better service, and better value for your money.

Decided to stop in after shopping around at Legacy Place to try for the first time and it was a great experience. The staff was patient and everyone was so helpful and still worked quick to get thru everyone in line. Special shoutout to Victor who gave me a free drink and stopped by our table to check in on us.

Horrible Experience at Cava in Dedham, MA – First and LAST Time!
On the evening of 10/11/24, I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at Cava in Dedham, MA. This was our first time at this location, and it will definitely be our last. I’m honestly shocked by the poor service and lack of respect we received. I spent over $84 just to leave feeling humiliated and upset. When we first arrived, I had high hopes since I had heard good things about Cava, but those expectations were shattered quickly. The staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive right from the start. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there, even though it wasn’t even that busy. They practically chose our food for us and didn’t allow us a chance to correct their errors. As we were placing our order, the staff seemed annoyed by our questions. Since it was our first time, we wanted to make sure we understood the menu. Instead of helping us, they were short and snappy with their responses, making us feel uncomfortable and rushed. I didn't want to make a scene, but the way we were being treated made me feel small and humiliated. It's like they couldn't be bothered with us. What really got to me was the attitude they gave us when we politely pointed out a mistake with our order. We didn’t want to be confrontational, but we also wanted to make sure we were getting what we paid for. Instead of fixing it right away, the staff member rolled their eyes and gave us an attitude, as if we were the problem. To make matters worse, they were bad-mouthing us in Spanish and called us terrible names. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional! By the end of the night, we just wanted to get out of there. I’m someone who avoids conflict, but this experience left me feeling so uncomfortable and embarrassed. Spending over $84 for this kind of service is unacceptable, and I can confidently say that we will NEVER be returning to this location again. It’s truly disappointing that what should have been a fun, casual dining experience turned into such a frustrating ordeal. If you’re thinking about dining at the Dedham Cava, think again. There are plenty of other restaurants that actually value their customers.
