Food was hot and the staff was as friendly as you expect from a Chik-fil-a.

This is my first experience of Chic-fil-a so I was expecting a fast food place. Here I was welcomed with a smile from Delilah. The service was excellent, the place is really clean . The food was tasty and hot. In summery my experience in the USA has been fast food is a sacrifice. Not here, it’s fast food done well.

I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A, thanks to manager Alicia and her friendly staff. They provided exceptional service, checking in on my meal with genuine care and making sure everything was perfect. What stood out the most was how wonderfully they treated my dog, Nero, with warmth and kindness. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made the visit enjoyable for both of us. The first chick fil a that I’ve been to that has the WORST lemonade!!! I been to multiple locations in NYC, NJ, CT and MA, I’ve never tasted a lemonade this disgusting. I couldn’t even eat my Mac n cheese because my stomach started aching. Never ordering from this location again.

I ordered a salad from Chick-fil-A, and unfortunately, it was not fresh at all. The lettuce looked wilted, and the ingredients didn’t taste like they were recently prepared. I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A for its quality and service, but this time I was really disappointed. I hope the location pays more attention to freshness and food presentation in the future.

I got a 8 count nugget w a large fry and a sweet tea. The fries were a lil salty I recommend getting less salt and the nuggets were perfectly cooked and the tea had the right amount of sweetness to it ! The drive thru lane was pretty quick I was out in 5 minutes!
We went here on a busy Friday night. The staff was hustling and we got our food quickly, despite there being a large amount of people here. Solomon took our order enthuastically and was helpful when we had a question. The manager Jean, was friendly and hustling to get orders out. I love coming to this location!

Customizing my meal was such a hassle. If I want to substitute my meat because my daughter is autistic and has a texture problem I don’t want to be met with a million excuses and telling me they’ll do it this one time. I paid well over 40$ for two meals. I shouldn’t have to go through that. Had the same experience in Walpole hoping it would be different!!!
