I visited the Dedham Chipotle location on 3/7 at 12:51 PM and had an extremely disappointing experience due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of one of the employees. When I asked her to place my burrito in a bowl, as it makes it easier for me and prevents the burrito from breaking, she immediately became bothered and started mocking me. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, and she acted as though my simple request was a huge inconvenience.
By the time she finished preparing my order, she was openly rude and told me to order the bowl separately. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me she was the manager. To top it off, she charged me for a bowl instead of a burrito, which felt like another disrespectful mistake.
I hope this employee learns some respect and professionalism in the future. Before hiring people, especially for management positions, they should be properly trained on how to treat customers with dignity. I would like to formally report this incident and request an apology from this location.
It’s unfortunate that this is how my visit went, as I’ve always had positive experiences at other Chipotle locations. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

I went for a job interview, I was given an appointment of course and on the front door it says that they are recruiting people, I was made to wait more than an hour before someone came to see me to tell me that they are not recruiting at the moment, leave my number and they will call me, they have no respect for people.

I arrive at the Dedham location, only to be told that I have to place the order online. Seriously? What kind of nonsense is that? Then I ask if they can at least press a tortilla with just cheese, and I’ll even pay extra for it. Keep in mind, I’m the only customer in line. But the response? “We don’t do that either.” If customer satisfaction is supposed to be Chipotle’s goal, they are falling short by miles.

Place was disgusting not a clean table in site to sit and enjoy your food.. When I tried to order my food the lady asked what I wanted and she didn't understand which was fine, so I pointed to what I wanted in my burrito bowl and she proceeded to tell me not to point with an attitude and that I couldn’t do that. So I figure she was trying to say I’m dirty or something so I told her my hands can’t possibly be as dirty and disgusting as these tables that’s full of trash.
Sunday afternoon from 2pm-7pm the line is extreme. Better off ordering online if you do not want to wait 20-25 mins for your food. I went with three stars on the service, which is mostly dependent on time to be serviced.
