We have been going to Costco Dedham for several years and usually the Food Court staff's customer service is a hit or miss. Some staff are friendly but a select few are rude/unfriendly and just plain mean towards customers. I get it that it's a busy place and usually it doesn't faze me but today (10/18/2019 around 2pm) was exceptionally upsetting. Seeing the 2 men sabotage the lady cashier by repeatedly ignoring her orders of whole pizzas, rejecting & laughing at her requests for help with the long line of customers, and refusing to even hand over pizza to customers was unbelievably maddening to watch. Please Costco Dedham correct this issue immediately.

I didn't drive down from New Hampshire *just* to stock up on kosher meat, but I definitely appreciate the fact that I could.

I had a terrible experience on the phone & it was not the first time. As a Working professional I call wholesale clubs for pricing on certain items. Assuming that the person on the other line will be professional is usually never the case. Very ashamed of such a big name having terribly rude employees. A Customer Service department is suppose to accommodate the customer, not harass them, keep them waiting for 45 minutes at a time, slam the phone in a customers ear, or get angry when the customer doesn't know specific brands. Get your s*** together Costco. From now on I will be going to Bjs.

Not your average Costco. Probably the worst one I have ever been to. This rating is more of a 2 1/2 stars. I once worked for a wholesale club as a forklift operator/supervisor. I know what I'm looking for and what should be expected of the staff.
