This store is very quaint. Their cookies smell so good and taste great. The servers are awesome. The store had quite the line, loaded with college students and young teens; especially during after school hours. I just have a difficult time with the cost of one cookie. For us, it will be good for a treat on special occasions, as I will continue my home baking. While our Crumbi visit... for a special occasion. Thanks for the ? experience!

Paid extra for a pumpkin cake but they gave me a reese cookie. Only realized when I got home as I bought 4 separate cookies. I tried calling them but they wouldn’t pick up.

This location is filthy and customer service does exist.. like who checks on the customers no one!!! Someone asked me 5 times what's my order and never pulled it..

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by arrogant employee with wn attitude, waited in person for over 30 minutes for some tiny overpriced cookies. when asked what was going on she said we were at the bottom of the list even though we were there longer than anyone else, and the manager touched the door with the gloves, and then grabbed the cookie DISGUSTING!!! also ran out of gummy worms. overall horrible experience

Waited almost 30 minutes for cookies. Asked what was going on the lady gave the worst attitude and said we were at the bottom of the list. And then told us we can either wait or cancel the order. The worst attitude I’ve ever been given. Very disappointed. Also watched the guy working the register open the front door with his gloves on and then go and pack someone’s order using the same gloves actually disgusting.
