Victoria was amazing. She greeted me with a smile. She smiled while she was making me a perfectly decorated birthday cookie. Yup I got the birthday cookie for my birthday cookie. She took that extra second to make sure it was perfect. Thank you Victoria I really appreciate you. And of course Crumbl cookies are always the best cookies.
Service was terribly slow. So many workers yet lobby filled with people and only 1 server. He wasn't even filling the orders of the people who were waiting. He kept looking at his computer and calling names of people who were not there.
