Dunkin’ Donuts can be a little bit tricky for the drive-through and then leave in the drive-through better off going in and getting it
This was a terrible experience. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and they told me they didn’t have it in stock so instead I ask if I can get a chocolate donut. When I get to the window I ask if I can get the difference refunded for the everything bagel and they told me they don’t know how to do that. He states that I have to do it through the app. This is terrible customer service because any reasonably person would at the bare minimum try to compensate you or give you extra donuts, but instead he just looked at me with a blank stare and told me that he “just works here” will never go here again terrible.

Horrible service i was in the drive thru line and my kids asked for juice after i ordered at the screen and when i got to the drive thru window and requested two apple jucies i was told by the cashier next time dont ask for it at the window do it at the screen. She must not know that kids are very indecisive so there is no need for attitude im well aware how to order food.
