The vibe was off as soon as I walked in. The staff had nasty attitudes, and the service was ridiculously slow. I placed my order ahead of time, waited 20 minutes, and still had to ask about it—only for the lady to hit me with, “Well, nobody showed me any phone.” Like, be for real. Why else would a group of people be standing in the pickup area? Just to watch y’all cook? The service was a mess, and the energy was just bad all around.

Updated...I was given a full refund. Added 2 starts for their prompt handling of the situation. I ordered a cheese burger with mayo, lettuce, onions and tomato. This is what I got. The 2 stars is because the rest of the order was correct. I’ve made 2 attempts to get a refund. Maybe they’ll respond to this.
Got about 8 people waiting on orders, one employee packing them up and the other 5 employees standing there doing nothing. Had 7 or so customers come in after me and somehow I’m the last out the door ?♂️ I applaud the one worker actually working, thank you for getting me my order.
