I thought I'd try this chicken pot pie with a friend's recommendation. The chicken was tender and well cooked, but the pie as a whole was excessively salty—to the point that it overwhelmed everything else. There were no noticeable herbs or other seasonings, just salt. Having eaten extensively in Europe, where food relies far less on salt and more on balanced seasoning, this level of saltiness was honestly shocking. Given that nearly half of U.S. adults have hypertension, it’s hard to understand why this much salt is used when it adds no complexity or flavor. With restraint and real seasoning, this could be good—but as served, it was unpleasantly salty.
Unfortunately, I had to throw away the uneaten pie and I hate wasting food.

The staff were nice and friendly. The chicken pie was the most tasteless thing I have ever tasted!! NO SEASONING! I was so disappointed. There is a fast food pot pie that at least has 11 herbs and spices that tastes better. Will never buy another one. Forces me to make my own now or go sit down with the Colonel.

Don't call and expect to speak with someone. I was put on hold for 20 minutes, then called back and put on hold another 10 minutes. Finally gave up. I have ever known this site to be that busy. Date happened 9/15/2025. Started calling about 3:10 P.M. I guess the guy who answered the call likes the hold button. Just lost a customer.

Not living up to the hype!!… We ordered a chicken pie, mashed potatoes and gravy and cornbread… the filling and gravy tasted like chicken fat… I feel like someone missed a step in the process when it came to straining out some of that fat… the only saving grace is the buttery mashed potatoes and the yummy cornbread. Oh well…
