Came here with friends to watch the Steelers–Ravens game and overall had a good time. The atmosphere was fun and the place was lively for a big game.
That said, one comment from a waitress rubbed me the wrong way. After I mentioned being surprised that Tyler Loop missed a potential game-winning field goal, she responded, “I don’t think you would make that kick. You shouldn’t be talking.” It felt unnecessary and a bit unprofessional. I played sports growing up and understand how tough those moments are—my comment wasn’t meant as disrespect. I was just stunned by the miss. That’s it.
I still enjoyed the night overall, but a little more awareness in customer interactions would go a long way.

I came here and Maddie was amazing as a server and bartender. She wears different hats and does it with a smile and phenomenal service. The wings were top notch and the tater tots were delicious. I highly recommend coming here...

It was a pleasure to come into Hooters in Dedham. Gia and Sierra were awesome tonight.
I actually won a Hooters wing party giveaway and it was awesome! They hooked us up with a decorated section and the vibe was super fun. Our server Stacey was seriously the best — she made sure we had everything we needed and kept the whole day a 10/10 while we watched all the football games. Definitely made the experience way better than I expected. Huge thanks to Hooters, Rick, and Stacey for making this such a memorable day!

I came into the hooters of Dedham at approximately 6:00 PM Friday September 19th 2025 and was welcomed with a loud “welcome to hooters!!!” from the beautiful red headed bartender. After I was offered a table by the hostess I politely declined and went straight to the bar. The warm welcome instantly lured me in and I am here to report I did NOT regret my decision. I was greeted with a smile as the enticing red headed bartender introduced herself as “Elianna” and offered me a beverage. After I browsed the menu and contemplated my options I asked my new friend Elianna for a recommendation. She suggested the delicious and perfectly crafted “hoot punch”. This fruity cocktail made me feel like I was on a tropical vacation! As I sipped on my delicious beverage I checked out the menu. Smoked wings, grilled Daytona wings, boneless wings what do I get??? So many options it was almost overwhelming. Thankfully my new friend Elianna’s trustee co-bartender Stacey was able to recommend something delicious…. The grilled Daytona wings. They were fantastic! After I consumed those perfectly cooked wings I couldn’t help myself… I HAD to treat myself with dessert. Stacey and Elianna saw me browsing the dessert menu and informed me the chocolate mousse cake was the perfect way to end my meal and they were not wrong, it was delicious and satisfying. After I polished off that delightful chocolatey treat I noticed the manager chatting with some of the bar guests and I couldn’t help but introduce myself and inform him of the wonderful experience I had. He said his name was Joey and was delighted to hear I was such a positive experience, he welcomed me back to this location anytime! I will absolutely be returning ASAP and maybe next time I’ll try the caramel cheesecake.

Been coming here for along time more recently in the last few months ive had Victoria as my sever every time she has not only gone above and beyond but shes has always made sure that ive been comfortable and well taken care of when it comes to drink orders or overall customer service shes amazing and always brings a good vibe every time I come to this location as long as shes here I'll be coming here not many servers give you the welcome feeling but also being flirty as well

The food and atmosphere at this location are consistently good but the customer service is outstanding. The staff and management are friendly, engaging and welcoming. I've yet to encounter a bad server but Mollee and Dejah on the bar make an especially great pairing and work well as a team so Saturday afternoons are a must visit! Also on the floor or the bar, Gretah is a delight and Madie is a dynamo / human karaoke machine. If you're in the area and looking for good pub food and great service, I highly recommend stopping in.

So I have been to many but this is the best by far, if you live or are in the area… come here. We were traveling and in the area for 3 days. Other “Sports Bars” couldn’t get their act together. You want 10 star service, food that was best in this concept and kindness across the board. It was no joke, because of the first day we came back 2 more times. Different hostess different bartenders different managers but same result! Excellence. Feel free to be amazed considering you may have an opinion about this brand. At the end it’s about if they al collectively care!!!
