Really wanted to love it. Menu looked great and the food tasted good but the brussel sprouts were so tough and the corn bread was doughy. So disappointed. The service started great and I can tell there are some good people there but we happened to get the worst service and there wasn’t even that many people but the place was so loud you couldn’t even talk to someone next to you. The waiter asked if my husband wanted another drink but that never came. We only were able to eat one of dishes and ended up paying $80 dollars. Just disappointing.

We have been to HTT numerous times (at least 10 times) and everything was great food and service no complaints.
My wife and I went tonight 5/18/24 the quality of the food has completely changed. Over cooked, the vinegar & salt wings were so plain with no seasoning, fries were way over salted and the fish and chips they should have been embarrassed to serve it. Granted they took the $19.00 fish and chips off thanks for that.... Bottom line not sure if we will be back. Your better than that! Please figure it out we really enjoy going to local places.

I will give them a 5 star just because the person attending us was very nice. It is also hard to put down a local business. My reviews is in hope they fix some of the things other people have mentioned in their reviews. One of them is the Chilli. I think the chilli gots to go, or change the recipe of it. My wife had it and gave me a taste just to see what I think. Was cold, and no taste at all. Also my draft beer was warm.
No complaints for my chicken sandwich. Was very tasty overall with the fries.
Told them about the cold chilli and she offered a complimentary apple pie, witch was nice, but cold too. :(
Today's experience wont keep us from visiting again. We support local businesses and my review is not to knock them down, but to give constructive criticism.

Second visit where we were disappointed. Clam chowder- watery and tasted like nothing. Fish & chips- it was like breaded scraps of fish (like 3-4 tiny pieces on the edge of the plate of fries) and the slaw flavor was straight acidic/tangy nothing else- like out of balance in a way that does not taste good. Shepherd’s pie- barely anything there below the potatoes, the meat and veggies that were there tasted like absolutely nothing. It was very odd overall. Vibe of the place is great so we were excited- it was just a very odd thing to have every last thing on your table taste like literally nothing (except the fries). This could’ve been a bad night for them so I’m not intending to hit them too hard in rating but given it’s the second time and similar experiences, folks should know. I’d come here for a drink but nothing other than that going forward.

Did not feel welcomed. A new face shows up and all she did was take my order and go back to gossiping. Asked for my burger med well its raw. Not impressed. Had a couple of beers and ordered take out. Will not return

I walked into to grab a drink and went downstairs to use the bathroom and the manager called the police because I took to long??? (10 minutes)

The hummus was bland and boring, the pork schnitzel was overcooked and tough, the turkey chili was basically ground turkey in tomatoey broth, no chili or beans. Worst of all, there was jarringly loud music. Our party of four mature adults tried it after a movie but would never go there again.

My chowder and Cob salad was absolutely delicious and the waitress during the day is hardworking and very sweet. I’m just a passer by, but will definitely be back next time I am in the area.

When I walked in looking to see if they had space for 4 they asked me if I had a reservation... which I didn't and then looked at me like I was weird. I decided to just leave instead of seeing where that would go. It was a week night and the place was less than 1/2 full. I guess they really just don't want kids there, they don't even have a kids menu. Ended up at Blue ribbon BBQ and ate well. It's too bad they couldn't accommodate me because they are really close to my house in the atmosphere looked relaxing.

Good food and service; the skillet cornbread is terrific and I definitely enjoyed the (grilled) meatloaf. I'd like to try some of the dessert offerings on my next visit.

I've been here twice now, once for drinks and apps, and once for brunch. The food is excellent and the servers are all very friendly. The lamb meatballs are amazing.Planning to get there for the live music on Thursdays soon.
