IHOP is a chain of breakfast restaurants located all across the country, serving breakfast meals and desserts at all hours of the day.

We got it on DoorDash, so we didn't interact with staff. The food itself was just alright, expected for a restaurant of this type. The home fried potatoes weren't good, we didn't even finish it. Everything else was just pretty standard, waffles were alright and went well with pancake syrup.

Wildly unprofessional staff and an unnecessarily long wait times. One of the workers, I didn’t get his name, A mexican boy working the front counter was incredibly rude and didn’t even bother to help me even when I asked him and instead ignored me. This type of behavior should not be the acceptable at Ihop and I hope management talks to the staff about how poor their sense of urgency is. Never coming back.

I dined here a couple of weeks ago, and the waitresses were all absolutely pleasant and lovely. They created a welcoming and warm atmosphere, and they all seemed genuinely invested in providing outstanding service. Our server, Ana, was amazing!

The wait staff here is PREJUDICE. And I will never spend money at this IHOP again. I come to this IHOP all the time. Dining in and for take out. The Manager Oscar is always super helpful as he was today. But KARINA and Delscia are two female wait staff who are prejudice. I came for my pick up order and usually all I have to do is give my name. She said things changed that I have to provided the proof, so I went back to my car to retrieve my phone to show her my online order on my phone and these two still gave me a hard time picking up my food as if I was trying to take someone else’s food. I spoke with the manager about my frustration and then my wife came inside to see what the hold up was. Then KARINA is going to start blowing her breath talking trash saying we have customers and my wife asked her well what do you think we are. I went into the hall to speak with the manager and my wife sat inside. A gentleman of Spanish decent came in for his pick up order and my wife watched to see if he would get the same treatment. That gentleman did not show his phone to KARINA to confirm it was his order but yet she still gave it to him with no issue. My wife then asked the manager for the corporate number and she will be following through with a report. The manager Oscar apologized several times and we are grateful because he is always helpful. But it’s sad that he will lose business from frequent good customers because his waitstaff is NASTY & PREJUDICE. We don’t spend money where we are not welcomed and I advise anyone else reading this to do the same.

Inconsistent service. Yesterday, a kind team helped me outside with a large catering order, without being asked. Today, the team was just very unfriendly. The dropped multiple large items to a young lady picking up in a trolley, leaving her struggle with getting out... I had to hold the door. When came my turn, they abandoned the order at the front desk and ignored me when I asked for help as my wrists were hurting. I was lucky a gentleman client helped me to the car. I would strongly recommend that the manager either retrain the staff working the early morning shift on 10/13/2025 or seriously consider limiting their contact with customers... I would not order again at this location.

We waited 10 minutes up front just to get a table. We then waited for our server for another 10 minutes. 90% of tables weren't cleaned up after previous customers.
