Floors are dirty, the place looks so unkept and almost abandoned. The employee Karla was sooooo bad. If you get her, ask for another server. On the OTHER HAND Oscar the manager was very nice and respectful and accommodating. He listens, and he actually takes the corrective action. It’s his job to check his employees.

The bathrooms are out of order! No just one! Every single bathroom! What is the staff doing, is this legal? Brought my mom for pancakes, they seated us and didn’t say a word about NO BATHROOM!!!
I went to eat at ihop in Dedham after church today with my son. The server Stella was great and the food came quickly. However, Stella must have been busy because I could not find her. I decided to pay through the app and added a 15% tip. I waited for Stella to come to our table and she did not. So I decided to leave. This other woman came to me and I told her I paid through the app and she told me to come with her. I followed her to the front to a guy named Kelcy who seated us. He asked for my receipt and I gave it to him. He claimed he could not find my payment. Then I asked him how come you cannot find my payment when I did it in your app, then hen he said that is what we are trying to figure out. I am going to have to call the manager. I said okay. Then Stella being the professional that she is came to me and said you paid through the app right and I said yes. Then I told Kelcy that I told the lady that I paid through the app and she still asked me to come see you. Then they all were like have a good day. Their lack of technology and bad communication skills is scary in 2024. Even though, they are my local ihop in Dedham, I will not be going there again. I am highly disappointed and offended about the way they handled the whole thing. They are Hispanics and I would hate to think they did this because of the color of my skin but they have all been trained by their colonizers to treat people of color badly. What a shame!

A bit of a disappointment at iHop as the waiter barely spoke English and there was limited communication. King Benedict would have returned the egg Benedict as it wasn’t one. The meat was tender and the pancakes were nice but overall bit on the downer.
