I’m really disappointed with the service at this restaurant, specifically the hosts. From the moment we walked in, we were barely acknowledged. The hosts seemed uninterested, unwelcoming, and acted like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. The hosts set a negative tone before we even sat down. We came in around 5pm and it was pretty dead in there. The host asked if we made reservations and we said no, he then changed his tune and said out loud with an attitude “ let me see if we have any tables available “. When he sat us down, he said that we had to leave by 7:15 because the table had a reservation.
The food may have been decent, but the poor hospitality at the front completely overshadowed the experience. Customer service starts at the door, and management should seriously address how guests are treated upon arrival.
I expected much better.

I visited on a Monday evening after seeing a movie. I took advantage of the 3 course special menu. For $36 you received an appetizer, main course and desert with a glass of wine. An outstanding meal for the price. I will be visiting again on a Monday. Just FYI - They have 1/2 price appetizers before 6pm.

We held a Baby Shower at Il Massimo for 28 people. The service was OUTSTANDING!!! The manager, Simo, made sure that we had everything set up as requested; the wait staff did such a great job that we hardly knew they were there. Drinks came out swiftly, the food arrived steadily and all was delicous. No one even had a chance to miss anything before it was there. Our main wait person, Emily, did such a great job that I would ask for her again and again. Besides the staff assigned to our party, others helped us carry things in the restaurant and out at the end of the party. More importantly, no one rushed us out as the party ended and we were clearing out all the decorations. Instead, they continued to be of assistance. I wholly recommend Il Massimo for your event, or just for an intimate meal with a loved one. I promise it will be worth it. P.S. The price was incredibly reasonable in an age when most things are ridiculously overpriced.

Looked very nice inside. Warm atmosphere. Service was great. The food was good. The food lacked flavor. A little seasoning would help. I got the Bolognese.
We meet here every two to three months and we're always treated amazingly well. The food is delicious, all wait staff are amazing and manager, Simo Amane is terrific. Sophia was our server for this visit and she was wonderful.

This restaurant offer prix fixe meal for a reasonable price. Visited today with a friend. Our server Andrew was attentive and check in with us from time to time. First course was a Mediterranean salad, I choose today chicken picata with green bean and potato and my dessert was canoli. Everything was delicious .
