I just got a call from a worker at this JP licks saying I’m harassing their store?? Never been to this place, called this place, contacted this place in my entire life nor do I harass people. They claimed it was my son. My son is 9 months old. When I asked what was being said to them from my so called number they hung up on me? I’m very confused. Very unprofessional and weird

Nice little ice cream shop. The service was good , and the ice cream was ice cream . It must be the only ice cream in the area, because it definitely kept a crowd the whole time I was there.

I come here all the time with my kids and tonight we got there at 940. . Told us no to shakes . Ok I'm not a jerk it was 20 minutes before closing. I get it people just wanna get home. So after much attitude told get ice cream. My daughter wanted chocolate and peanut butter on a small vanilla. DENIED. they'd decided they were done. Not at closing time almost half an hour before. Sucks my daughters crying and we missed anywhere else figuring that was our place to go . Guess not... sorry Savannah well just somewhere else next time So disappointing and I never complain until ly baby girl 8 years old crys.
Went there Monday afternoon it wasn't busy at all. Ice cream was ok nothing over the top.

Terrible service, ice cream served completely melted. When I told the Staff my ice cream was served melted they said “im sorry” as if it didnt matter and never offered another , then proceeded to ask for a tip on the IPad! They do not care to do anything besides socialize and ignore customers. Plenty of better options.
