Ordered a roast beef sandwich. Watched ad it was prepared and placed on a tray. Nobody was there to bring it to me. After a few minutes a worked came by and brought my sandwich to the front order prep station where it sat for a few more minutes. Then a worker asked if they could help me. I replied can you just give me my sandwich please. The sandwich I received was awfully. Toasted bun was cold meat was warm in sections and cold in other sections must have been warmed up. Meat was tough. I'll never go back to this location very disappointed in Kelly's

To the Management of Kelly’s Roast Beef,
I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent experiences at your Dedham location. Having visited three times recently, I have found the food quality below the standards I previously enjoyed in Revere years ago.
The food has become quite bland and lacks the seasoning it once had. During my last visit, I requested that my fish be seasoned with salt and pepper before frying, but I was told this was not possible and that I would have to season it myself afterward. As you may know, seasoning does not adhere well to fish once it has already been fried.
Additionally, the atmosphere in the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. The low temperature caused my food to lose its heat almost immediately, making for an unpleasant dining experience. While the service was acceptable, the lack of flavor and the poor environment have led me to decide not to return.
I hope you find this feedback constructive as you look to improve the quality of this location.

Read these reviews and am very apprehensive about going there. Wanted to cause Kelly's has such a good and historic name. Also didn't see any answers to any of the comments. Not even the copy and paste kind about how important the customer is. Can only conclude that no one at Kelly's read these.
