Even though some drivers at drive thru were impatient. The guy working at the window, was very courteous and friendly. He made sure we had the correct orders, because some customers were ignorant and drove off. Once we came forward, he asked what we ordered to make sure it was correct. It may take time, but people need to realize these items are freshly made so it takes a bit to cook and serve. My suggestion is, please be patient with the staff they work hard to make sure we get the best service.

Had an ok visit the 1st time about 6 mo ago. Thought we’d try it again. Spent atleast 20 min in drive thru. Only 1 car in front of us. Ordered 2 sm roast beef meals. Sandwich was cold, forgot the cheese, fries were soggy AND there was a 20% tip added to the bill…In the DRIVE-THRU!! Mentioned the add on, took another 15 min for them to decide to void the charge, (pd via cc) then charged us again. We were told within 3 days we should see the correct charge, “if not come back in and we’ll give you cash.” Check your receipts people! Dedham will never be like the Saugus Kelly’s.

I ordered via drive thru, got a roast beef sandwich on an onion roll with cheese, mayo and sauce along with onion rings, it was fast and delicious, highly recommend if you're in the area and are in the mood for a little north shore flavor.
The fish plate and an order of the scallops were so good, and the portion size was great for our meals. The person who took the order was polite and helpful when asked about ingredients and was able to verify with someone who knew the correct answer. My only complaints are that there were no high-top chairs. Every booth was too low for a person having an injured spine, lower back issues. And that the batter on the scallops could have been more golden and less brown. They were good but could have been even better. All in all, a good dinner was had. Thank you KRB!

Good service at the counter. Restaurant was clean. Very good food. Roast beef sandwich 3-way is solid, but I had a better beef up in Ipswich last week. But quite good.
Shrimp was crispy juicy, and fries are good (im paticular with my fries!) But onion rings needs major improvemnet batter should be seasoned( not overly!).What disappointed me the most was there watery no season, barely any clams in the chowder!

In my many years of having food from Kelly's (mostly at the Revere Beach and at the Medford locations) the Dedham location had the most unappealing Lobster Roll I have ever eaten. It was all tail with no claw or knuckle meat visible The quality of the meat was that of shredded tail meat with no mouth feel or flavor. However the roast beef sandwich and fried clams were excellent.
