The fish plate and an order of the scallops were so good, and the portion size was great for our meals. The person who took the order was polite and helpful when asked about ingredients and was able to verify with someone who knew the correct answer. My only complaints are that there were no high-top chairs. Every booth was too low for a person having an injured spine, lower back issues. And that the batter on the scallops could have been more golden and less brown. They were good but could have been even better. All in all, a good dinner was had. Thank you KRB!

Good service at the counter. Restaurant was clean. Very good food. Roast beef sandwich 3-way is solid, but I had a better beef up in Ipswich last week. But quite good.
Shrimp was crispy juicy, and fries are good (im paticular with my fries!) But onion rings needs major improvemnet batter should be seasoned( not overly!).What disappointed me the most was there watery no season, barely any clams in the chowder!

In my many years of having food from Kelly's (mostly at the Revere Beach and at the Medford locations) the Dedham location had the most unappealing Lobster Roll I have ever eaten. It was all tail with no claw or knuckle meat visible The quality of the meat was that of shredded tail meat with no mouth feel or flavor. However the roast beef sandwich and fried clams were excellent.

Not worth it. Go to Revere Beach if you want Quality. I will not be back here. Brand new place is dirty. No flavor in the Rosst Beef, soggy bread, 2 sandwiches $25.00. Again not worth it.

I don’t understand why this specific Kelly’s just doesn’t sell fried chicken sandwiches but it doesnt. I was told they simply don’t “sell them”. So I left.

I don’t know how little time it’s gonna take for them to shut down because I don’t even think the food moves there doesn’t appear to be any business the past three times I have ordered from them. Something has been extremely wrong one time the roast beef sandwiches were extremely overcooked, almost black in appearance and two times now the french fries arre inedible because they are soaked in oil, there is no crisp to the fries whatsoever and the chicken tenders are absolutely tasteless. I keep saying it’s my last time but this time has to be my last time.

hey i paid for a take out order with my credit card, and the tip screen just flashed by and automatically added a 20% tip. thats a lot for a small takeout order. whats up with this. wont leave tip at all next time

My visit to this establishment was the most disappointing experience I ever had at a Kelly's. To start off the food took pretty long to come out and they weren't busy at all. When we did receive the food I couldn't believe what I was looking at. As soon as the employee saw my expression she immediately apologized for the portions being so small. The food was under portioned and burnt to top it off so we decided to get our money back. I never received an explanation, an apology or anything from anyone at the establishment. The manager wouldn't even make eye contact with us and rudly refunded us our money. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant. They give Kelly's a bad name.

I thought the lobster roll was excellent. It was a generous portion of lobster, just the right amount of mayo and the roll was grilled so good. Going back today to order again. The roast beef sandwich was great. They forgot the toppings but will try again
The food is really good and fresh here . I been to Thai location a few times. They also have seating and public restrooms inside . The food price is good for the quality . They have plenty of parking . We went through; drive thru , staff is friendly. I got a fish plate with fries and onion rings and extra Tara sauce it was really good.
Parking: Lots of parking in their free lot no worries .

I paid $10.65 cents for a small Roast Beef Sandwich. It didn’t come with anything…. The bun was stale , the sandwich was cold And the amount of roast beef was measly. So disappointing. Won’t be going back. Will go to Brothers Roast Beef in Dedham from now on.

5 of is went for dinner, 5 different meal selections. Each of the selections were overcooked or cold…very disappointed!! The staff was very friendly but appeared as they were either new or not fully trained. 1. Clams. Extremely overcooked 2 Roast Beef. Not red like we asked 3. Haddock dinner and sandwich. Very dry and bun hard
I would have spoken up but the others were uncomfortable doing so..
Hope to return someday.
