Entire restaurant was filthy. Trash, fruit peeling, empties all over the back on the bar, Bartender fishing lemon seeds out of drinks, only to drop them in the ice bucket. Food tasted freezer burned. Later learned they are closing to that explains the terrible everything.

Had a lovely dinner at PF Chang's. Enjoyed the green beans and sweet and sour chicken. Fiona provided excellent service. We were dismayed to learn Dedham is closing on 7/19/22. I have been a regular customer at this location since it opened. I Will really miss coming here

Stopped in for a quiet lunch. Asian Cesar salad was fresh and tasty. However, today the Hot and Sour soup was just lukewarm. I asked to have it heated up but it came back just the same. Otherwise I enjoyed everything and will be back for another visit real soon.

Chain restaurant. Pricey but good food. Nothing disappointed. We spent alot of money but mainly to try many dishes on a special occasion. We ate on the Terrace on a beautiful Saturday night. Our waiter Derek was awesome. Good for you Derek, we appreciate you. There were some minor things but overall not worth mentioning specifically.

This restaurant is terrible and I don’t prefer to come here unless you want a terrible experience.All of the seats were ripped and almost opened.It was my sisters birthday when we reserved the restaurant. We asked the woman to take us to the table we reserved. Guess what? She took us to the worst table which is almost ripped apart. We asked her to move us to another seat and she let us but after, She slammed the menu on the table and became rude.Next, It took them 34 Minutes to bring us 3 cups of water and 1 cola. After 49 minutes, They could only bring us fortune cookies.Finally, Our food was arrived 1 hour later. The food was decent but they put whatever ingredient they wanted even if we asked for them to not put that type if ingredient.We later came out after 1 hour and 59 minutes or something like that almost late to the movies. Worst experience and the highest score if a restaurants. time serving us food in my life.Do not come at this terrible restaurant.Service: 1/10Food: 4/10

Hostess staff was very polite and friendly.Waiter Michael was very nice, we could tell he was very busy. Drinks took forever. He forgot to put in our appetizer order( lettuce wraps, which is why we came)and they ran out of rice for the sushi we ordered . He did give us an extra dumpling order free of charge. It took 2 hours to get our meals, everyone around was waiting a long time for their food also. Clearly the kitchen was short staffed. There wasn’t a manager anywhere in sight!! In my opinion very POOR management and lack of staff to accommodate a busy Mother’s Day rush.Food portions were skimpy.

Delicious Lunch Dined solo at the bar. Service was terrific. This time The Asian Cesar Salad was made to perfection. Also, the Hot and Sour soup was so good. The bartender was top notch. Look forward to another visit real soon

I didn't even get to eat here. They handled their reservations horribly, so even though we had a reservation there was an hour wait then another hour to get food after sitting down. They had no idea what they were doing. Clearly over booked.

WORST experience EVER. Despite reserved table, they wouldn't give us table for an hour. When we asked, they told us they will send a message when table is ready - waited 2 hours before leaving without dinner. WHAT A WAY TO RUIN MOTHERS DAY DINNER PLAN. WAY TO GO.

Good Vibes! We had an amazing time tonight….came in for drinks and apps before going elsewhere either in Legacy Place or Patriot Place. Our bartender was Alicia. She was busy AF but cranked drinks and food out like a machine! We ended up staying after ordering appetizers and then another new round of apps to replace the ‘later dinner’ (elsewhere..that we blew off!) This girl is a charm, beautiful smile…dimples too! ? BBQ Ribs! Good time tonight, simply stated.
The last couple of times we have diner here the service was exceptional the food wasn't that good the taste and the prep has been off will take a break from eating here for a while

The dining room only had 5 to 7 parties at any given moment. Yet, the kitchen was slow. I witnessed the party of 2 behind me walk out discussed. The menu is higher then the competition. There wasn't anything special about the food. So so... The menu had limited selections. Dessert was great though. "Great wall of Chocolate" was very good. All in all, it's not the P.F. Chang's I remember. I won't be back .

Great food and great service. Brought a few of my friends to try for the first time and the manager remembered me from our last visit. I have several allergies and Joseph informed us of what was safe for me to eat and personally made our dishes. Is great to see a restaurant that cares for their guests. Will definitely be back again once their patio opens.

First time at this restaurant And my experience when it comes to food service was horrible.Food came out in pieces when it was supposed to be a whole order for dinner to eat together. My salmon came out burn with a nasty burn flavor asked for new one came out 30 minutes after I asked to have it to go. I come home to eat bc I’m hungry what I get is a plain salmon no sauce no spinach no color horrible. I will never go back. I don’t ask for my money back because my waitress was so nice and polite she deserve my money and tips.
