We ordered Mongolian beef bowl, beef with broccoli bowl, mapo tofu, vegetarian fried rice, vegetarian lo mein, shrimp dim sum and edamame. I don't understand how can everything taste bad! Edamame was the only thing that tasted decent, and that too probably because you don't have to do much with Edamame. Worst restaurant on Earth. Hate giving negative comments about a restaurant but I can't understand why would anyone serve food like this! And why is the broccoli so large in the mapo tofu? And why do they serve the Dimsum / dumpling on a sizzling plate on which the dumpling sticks? And why does the Dimsum / dumpling look like they are not fresh. Even the beef looked stale or was overcooked.

Entire restaurant was filthy. Trash, fruit peeling, empties all over the back on the bar, Bartender fishing lemon seeds out of drinks, only to drop them in the ice bucket. Food tasted freezer burned. Later learned they are closing to that explains the terrible everything.

Had a lovely dinner at PF Chang's. Enjoyed the green beans and sweet and sour chicken. Fiona provided excellent service. We were dismayed to learn Dedham is closing on 7/19/22. I have been a regular customer at this location since it opened. I Will really miss coming here

Not a good experience. We went to a location in FL and it was amazing!! We waited 30 minutes for our drinks. The kitchen gave my son food that was NOT safe for him to eat- even after we asked 2 different times to confirm it was safe allergy wise. Our appetizers came out AFTER our dinner. My drink was terrible- had to be ready-made, it was missing an important ingredient. The fried rice wasn't fried at all. Ended up being in the restaurant for over 2 hours. Unfortunately we won't be back to this location again. The waiter was good and very apologetic- not his fault.

MASSIVE PIECE OF METAL IN OUR FOOD. COULD HAVE DIED. Wow, has P.F. Chang's gone down hill. I had two back to back horrible experiences here recently. I went here with my family to celebrate my daughter's dance recital. We ordered 6 drinks, from their menu, and the waitress came back each time and told us they were out of stock. Then they served us METAL IN OUR FOOD. we immediately all stopped eating and asked to speak to the manager who informed us that they clean their woks with steel wool(however, this was a massive piece of metal, over an inch long, a quarter of an inch wide, with 'Crinkle cut' edges on both sides). He comped the meal, rightfully so, after almost killing one of us, literally. He was very apologetic and slipped us a gift card as if we would ever risk our lives by going back. Once we got into the car we checked the card and it had 10$ on it. So, P.F. Chang's will quite literally almost kill you and your family members and then throw you a 10$ dollar-sorry bout' that-gift card. Stay away you guys, or the next tragedy could be you.

Was there for an early dinner at 5:30PM to two old friends, I made the reservation. When I arrived my friendsw ere already there and seated in the next to the last booth on the left hand side of the restuarant. We ordered drinks and had just begun to look at the menu that we asked for when I lloked up and saw a mouse crawl out from the back of the cushion on the seat of the corner booth behaind us. I pointed and told the other two guys that were with me and the looked as it ran across the top of the booth and then back and into the smae spot it had come out of. We told a waitress and she thanked us. Then less than five minutes she seated a group of 5 or six young boys who were brought in by one of their mothers. She satyed just long enough to order something for them and then left them alone. We then told our waitress and she just smiled and nodded but didn't have anything to say. We ate and got out of there. Never going back. Notified the town health department and the MA Department of Public Health. STAY AWAY!!!

Where to start? The fact that we arrived at 7pm and didn't leave until after 9pm because our meal wasn't made? The fact that despite ordering our entire meal quickly, we waited for our entree for over an hour? We were told there was only one cook and that the manager had to step in to cook, but why is this a habitual issue at this location? The owner should be on the line cooking as well. Pay your employees better SO PEOPLE CAN EAT! Don't bother eating here.

Stopped in for a quiet lunch. Asian Cesar salad was fresh and tasty. However, today the Hot and Sour soup was just lukewarm. I asked to have it heated up but it came back just the same. Otherwise I enjoyed everything and will be back for another visit real soon.

The food is decent and the service is so so. It is not bad but not great either. I saw my waitress once after we sat down, ordered and after the food was served, I never saw her again. It is a huge place and you can't get anyone's attention when you need something. I wanted some peppers and she was gone until after the meal was done. And this is not the first time I got this kind of service here, but I still come once in a while because of location!
The drinks were amazing but not the food but I think it's also because I went an hour before they closed so it was literally just me & my friend there. The place & esthetic of it is beautiful but the food sucks & the workers were kind of unprofessional but cool lol

Chain restaurant. Pricey but good food. Nothing disappointed. We spent alot of money but mainly to try many dishes on a special occasion. We ate on the Terrace on a beautiful Saturday night. Our waiter Derek was awesome. Good for you Derek, we appreciate you. There were some minor things but overall not worth mentioning specifically.

This restaurant is terrible and I don’t prefer to come here unless you want a terrible experience.All of the seats were ripped and almost opened.It was my sisters birthday when we reserved the restaurant. We asked the woman to take us to the table we reserved. Guess what? She took us to the worst table which is almost ripped apart. We asked her to move us to another seat and she let us but after, She slammed the menu on the table and became rude.Next, It took them 34 Minutes to bring us 3 cups of water and 1 cola. After 49 minutes, They could only bring us fortune cookies.Finally, Our food was arrived 1 hour later. The food was decent but they put whatever ingredient they wanted even if we asked for them to not put that type if ingredient.We later came out after 1 hour and 59 minutes or something like that almost late to the movies. Worst experience and the highest score if a restaurants. time serving us food in my life.Do not come at this terrible restaurant.Service: 1/10Food: 4/10

Hostess staff was very polite and friendly.Waiter Michael was very nice, we could tell he was very busy. Drinks took forever. He forgot to put in our appetizer order( lettuce wraps, which is why we came)and they ran out of rice for the sushi we ordered . He did give us an extra dumpling order free of charge. It took 2 hours to get our meals, everyone around was waiting a long time for their food also. Clearly the kitchen was short staffed. There wasn’t a manager anywhere in sight!! In my opinion very POOR management and lack of staff to accommodate a busy Mother’s Day rush.Food portions were skimpy.

My server was great!! She was everything you want when you are eating out. The food was not so great . The chicken wraps were a thumbs down. The stir fry had a bad taste. I will say that the Miso salmon was pretty good. I won't be going back, but if y'all go, take and get the Miso !
