Heidi T. The manager is awesome! I placed a delivery order for their delicious chicken noodle soup, and seasonal pumpkin one to try it out but forgot to add butter for the bread. I contacted the place over the phone and she was very pleasant, looked for my order to make sure wasn’t picked up! Came back to the phone to tell me she added plenty butter!!! Loved it! ❤️

Totally understaffed. No focus on what they’re doing. Food that they gave me was wrong and they took forever to “fix”. I ended with the wrong food again and I was so tired I just left. They never get it right. Terrible workers with literally zero attention to detail.

I'm not sure if the people working here are on something, but they are a mess. Ordered ahead, waited 30 min in drive through, and food was still not ready. Its always a bad experience

That food was ice cold I had to tell them what to put into my bag so that I had the proper utensils I ordered a group soup for a few people that I work with last time I ordered it it didn't have bowls or spoons so this time I had to tell them exactly to put that in there and they told me that they didn't know if they had any ladles also there wasn't enough ingredients in the soup It was mostly broth cold broth at 5:00 p.m.

I go to many Panera locations and this has to be the worst one I've ever been to. The tables and floors are dirty with trash and food. Chairs are missing for tables and some chairs have broken legs. There's only only 2 outlets in a room. The fountain soda tastes awful. Workers were too busy talking rather than serving customers. The food order was messed up for a few of us. This Panera needs a makeover with staff, cleaners, managers, furniture, electric outlets, and food/drinks. Next time I'll drive a little further and go to Westwood.
