It was a panera and I did panera things there. They got my order right and it didnt take long. Someone spilled a soda but they were cleaning it up. Overall acceptable for me.

Horrible experience. They got my order wrong three times. The first time they forgot to give me my sandwich, the second time she gave me a chip and half a bread even though I ordered two breads, and the third time I confronted her and asked nicely if I could get the other bread and replace the chips, she got some leftover break on the counter top and threw it into my bag. She was so dismissive and rude—I will not be coming back. I spent 30 dollars just for her to get my order wrong. On top of that, I waited for over 20 minutes. Do not come to this Panera.

Confused as to why staff weren’t embarrassed to put avocado slices in this condition on an overpriced salad and serve it. Staff are kind but must need some training on food safety and quality.

Had a problem with food told the manager who said he will take a look, when he came back he started to talk to some one in Spanish right in front of me and completely ignored me, I waited and look at him for a few minutes and he just ignored. I just got my food and left.

Since my original review was deleted — Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad and a chicken avocado sandwich. The salad looked nothing like what was advertised—ingredients were just thrown into the bag, and the strawberries were old.

My drive experience with Tabitha was awful; she was rude and dismissive. When I went inside to return my food, I was met with even more rudeness. Tabitha didn’t ask what the issue was, didn’t offer any help, and made me wait more than 10 minutes despite saying she’d be right there.

She threw the food in the trash with unnecessary attitude and kept the same energy the entire time. The assistant store manager is extremely rude and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. Thankfully, the rest of the staff was polite and tried to be helpful—maybe she could take a lesson from them.

I’m generally a fan of Panera. This particular location however, drive-thru service is inefficient and slow. Better to do rapid pick-up than getting stuck in the drive-thru lane because they are very slow. Kind of sad since they rebuilt this to have a drive-thru and that's the main thing that’s failing them.

They need to renovate inside as well. I noticed in recent months since last winter, it started to have some unpleasant smell like dirty rag. I don’t know if they clean this place, but there might be a reason why this particular one is always nearly empty compared to other packed Paneras nearby.

Customer service was great but the coffee wasn’t hot and the cookie was to hard wasn’t fresh at all and l was drive thru

Been there 3 times over the last few months. Same few people "still training" , and do not know the menu. I think maybe they offer a few too many things and hard to be on top of my everything starting out, but there was confusion and screw ups two times in a row. Food just ok but overpriced for what you get. Grilled cheese they keep making bread slices smaller and almost $12. Through wall fireplace nice touch but hardly ever on.

Ordered turkey and cheese sandwichat the drive through.. Asked if they had mayonnaise as i can not tolerate garlic aioli. They said they had it. However when I got home notbinlgbwas the sandwich messy and unappealing, I almost got sick my first and only bite as it was smeared with garlic aioli. Called manager and he was no help at all. I'll never go again.

Ordered ahead for drive through, sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes waiting for the car ahead of me. They couldn’t move because nobody was there to take their order for 15 minutes. I went inside to get my order from inside and the workers looked at me like it was the most unreasonable request. Terrible service. Will not be returning.

I had to wait over 10minutes in drive thru to place an order then 10 minutes at window to receive order. And the person was very very rude. I mean drive thru means quicker service
