If you like your pizza delivered old, cold, dry, overcooked, barely any cheese and a half eaten crust from one of your slices, then this is the place for you. BTW had I known that they use Door Dash now I would've never ordered delivery.

Papa Gino’s has to be one of the best pizzas and sandwiches I’ve had in Massachusetts. I just moved here from NY and found this place in Dedham. Customer service is great and the food is excellent because of Ryan, junior, Kylie, grace, and Denisia who made it all happen. Highly recommend this place if you just want to sit relax and enjoy some good food.

Poor customer service, we asked the cashier for the manager, the cashier let him know that we wanted to talk to him (we were in front of him) he looked at us and we waited for him while waiting for our order and he NEVER looked back at us or showed any interest in coming to talk to us.

Parking: The entrance should be advertised more. It’s too low and the traffic on Providence Highway is waaaay too fast. Better signage would bring in more business.

Papa Gino’s pizza crust and sauce cannot be duplicated. It’s been our favorite for over 50 years. The service in our local store is fast and the servers, though not overly friendly, do a good job.
