Papa Gino’s has to be one of the best pizzas and sandwiches I’ve had in Massachusetts. I just moved here from NY and found this place in Dedham. Customer service is great and the food is excellent because of Ryan, junior, Kylie, grace, and Denisia who made it all happen. Highly recommend this place if you just want to sit relax and enjoy some good food.
Poor customer service, we asked the cashier for the manager, the cashier let him know that we wanted to talk to him (we were in front of him) he looked at us and we waited for him while waiting for our order and he NEVER looked back at us or showed any interest in coming to talk to us.
I like the food here at Papa Gino’s. I especially like the steak and cheese they made me. It was savory without being too moist. They take my food request to heart and made it as good as I like it.
