Every time we go to this location, someone seems to be fighting with the staff, who all seem to be having out-of-body experiences. You have to enter your order on a screen and basically put it in God’s hands, because no one after that point will understand or care if there’s an issue.
As a result, this is probably the best vegan spot to get The Real Fast Food Experience.
The food is good, for fast junk food, but pricy. The green bean fries are excellent.

This was our 2nd trip here and we went hoping that service would be better and we could give them a better review. Unfortunately, it has not improved. I do not like the taste of cheese so even though the cheese is vegan, I asked for a plant burger with no cheese, they messed up my order and when notified, instead of making me a new burger, pretended to grill me a new one and just scraped off the cheese from my old one. It’s expensive for fast food and terrible service. Please revamp employee training. It was different workers there this time and the service was equally terrible both trips. WIll not be going back.

First it’s important to note this is INSIDE the Whole Foods, against the wall with the other prepared foods. Took me several minutes to find it even once I was in WF.
Food (burger and sweet potato fries) was good but they were pretty slow. And for such a small burger it was pretty expensive.

Got a big mix of foods to try it out. Better than average for what it is. All good quality ingredients. Could be hotter, I are it immediately after assembly and it was oddly not warm. Burgers are better overall than the chicken. I was hoping for the opposite. Pretty reserved on all burger toppings. I knew there was cheese on the BIG burger but other than that i couldnt even find evidence of a sauce or anything (not actually BIG. id call it smaller than a whopper jr but bigger than a mcdonalds burger) the spicy chicken was okay but again very very sparing with flavor and sauce. Fries and green beans were PERFECT. Couldve been hotter though. Horseradish sauce was goods. Ice cream is good but its VERY small so keep that in mind. Id say smaller than a cupcake.
Now the real issues.
The check out in store was a disaster. Freezing up. Errors. Not intuitive. and ultimately i had a reward to use and it would not work after being added to the order. Repeated the exact same order online and it went smoothly. But anyways the point is i should be able to walk up and order instead of fighting with a wonky dollar tree ipad point of sale thing for 10 minutes. I watched The person after me and it was the exact same scenario all over again. So that confirmed that it wasnt just me ha.
Order on app and bring your own sauces i guess. Luckily the whole foods has ketchup n mustard at hand for free.
And ultimately i put none of my concerns on the staff. I am sure these are company standards and they follow them. Staff was fast and thorough. Although they did not engage with any of the people fighting with the point of sale, i saw a register for the plntburger but no one was there or showing interest in that area beyond the preppers who did not engage.

Everything was soo good! I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. The maple mustard was honestly SO good! It’s hard to find vegan alternatives for honey mustard and that was spot on if they sold bottles I would’ve bought many lol. The cheese on the burger melted perfectly!

This place is like a vegan in and out. really good burgers and fries. Sometimes serving size is small but yummy nonetheless!
Also has great incentives on the app like free fries !

The shakes are delicious. It's annoying that only the spicy chik'n burger comes with cheese (it costs $2 to add cheese to the other chik'n burgers). I enjoyed my burger, which was slipping all over the place, but it was nothing to write home about. I appreciate having the option.

i got the chocolate shake which tasted INSANE. like couldn’t tell it was vegan. then i got the cheese burger that was sooooo good and it tasted like just a classic fast food burger but better! the chili cheese fries were good though i wish the cheese had been meltier/a liquid cheese. i also paid $1 extra for sour cream and there was….. like a drop. but i would def eat here again and it’s one of my new go to places.

Everything I had was great. spicy chicken, cheese burger and the mushroom burger. Sweet potato fries and regular, chicken nuggets and soft serve all delicious. If I’m in the area again definitely come back for a quick bite
When you have that craving for a fast food burger this place hits the spot. You can even get a milk shake with it. Their fries are amazing with some aioli sauce.

Went to try out PLNT burger the other week. I went with the spicy chick'n sandwich, herbs fries and a s'mores shake.
The shake was stellar. Great flavors and perfect consistency. The sandwich was good. The chick'n alternative was made with mushroom and had a good flavor, but I'd have preferred a chewier texture.
The herb fries were somewhere between skinny cut and waffle, which I appreciated and if they weren't called herb fries I'd be giving them top marks, but the herb seasoning was very lacking in flavor, so I'm marking them down a tad for that.
I'm definitely going to go back again to try their burgers and chick'n bites.
And more of their shakes. Definitely more of their shakes.

Inside Whole Foods: I love the patties - the basic burger or cheese burger alone is tasteful! I also tried their spicy chikn; but it was spicy. I think the reason was their ordering kiosk was done, and they had to take my order manually. The rest of my visit, I ordered through the app/website with no problem. #flexitarian #plantbasedfoodie

Place to grab some quick vegan fast food.
I tried most of the menu and it all was ok....I mean not bad if you are in the area and hungry, not worth making a special trip for.
