Good afternoon, I had called the place an order for a chicken Parm sub and two cookies, and it was close to closing. I truly apologize for not getting there in time and happy you make the food. My wife’s tire popped on route 9 and she called me to change it. Please forgive me for not getting there in time. I am still going to pay for the food. Once again, I truly apologize.

Stopped in with my daughter & got a delicious chicken parm sandwich and not sure what kind of sandwich she got, but both were very good. I also grabbed a tray of lasagna that was fabulous… even my picky husband loved it. Great when you don’t want to cook or hosting a party.

Went to Santeros today, expecting them to be open despite the forecasted storm, which ended up being mild--mostly rain with negligible snow. Unfortunately, they were closed without any notice on the door, leaving me to wonder about the reliability of their posted hours. I understand erring on the side of caution due to weather, but a simple note or update would have been helpful for customers making the trip. Disappointed, as I was looking forward to their sandwiches. I hope they'll improve communication in the future. One star for now, with hopes of a better experience next time.

Far and away the best tasting meatballs and lasagna we’ve ever had.Everyone at our Christmas dinner celebration asked where we got them.I tried to convince them I had made both, but they knew I was lying. We’ll definitely be back for more.

Stopped in first time from Arizona. This place was Amazing! Sub rolls were so fresh. Subs were filled with meat. Chicken Parm sub was awesome and the gravy was excellent. Grab a canolli too!

If you are looking for a solid sub, this is a great local spot. It's a bit small, so keep your eyes peeled, but the service is good, but I feel the place could work on the ascetic as it's very empty inside

Great Italian grinder. Usually you can’t notice a tomato on an italian, but they were one of the best parts. Fresh and flavorful, they made a great component of the sandwich

Best sandwiches around. Ask about the loyalty program. Only downside is no great place to sit.

Its like someone said, I got the Hank sandwich, it had lettuce listed as an ingredient and it didn't make it to my sandwich, my wife got the vinny sr. Which is meatball sub also has Parmesan listed as an ingredient that didn't make the sub, she added salami to it and that didn't make it either, the Hank is a Buffalo chicken Sub that tasted like Franks Red Hot sauce only, the bread was good but soo skinny, definitely not worth $12 for either of them, taste on meatball was good That's why I gave it 3 stars
