Great for spending extraordinary moments with friends
Just had the absolute worst experience at SS Dedham Ma. The workers were incredibly rude- rolling her eyes when my daughter politely asked for a napkin to clean the filthy table. She was given ONE. After a 20 min wait, seeing people ordered well after me, getting their food, I was told by Isabel that, “well you gotta wait, we fill mobile orders as they come in.” Abby was apparently told I was asking about my order and how long it would be ( this is Thurs @ 7:50 pm mind...read full review
Absolutely terrible experience at the shake shack in Dedham. It took us over 30 minutes to get our food (not the problem initially) while at least 25 orders were made and sent out before us (that’s my issue). It turns out, mobile orders/DoorDash orders take priority over IN PERSON orders. That’s ridiculous. At least tell me that before I waste my time.
